11. Burger King Fully Loaded Croissan’wich

An all-too-common occurrence when getting a fast-food breakfast sandwich is finding yourself still hungry after eating.

I know this has happened to me more times than I would care to admit. When I need something to fill me up, I turn to the Fully Loaded Croissan’wich from Burger King.

This sandwich is perfect for any meat lover, as it comes with black forest ham, savory sausage, and thick-cut smoked bacon.

All this served with eggs, and melted American cheese is sure to fill you up in the morning hours.

The meal includes orange juice and hash browns, making it a very complete way to start your morning. The small version of this meal clocks in at 1,013 calories.

10. Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit

Chicken is not typically the first food I think of when breakfast time.

But Chik-fil-A knows that chicken is a viable option any time of day and serves up this chicken biscuit sandwich during the morning.

While it may not be as classic as sausage or ham on a breakfast sandwich, this option is just as good as any breakfast sandwich. Chick-Fil-A’s breakfast menu has a few great chicken based options.

The chicken breast is hand-breaded and pressure-cooked with peanut oil and served on a flakey buttermilk biscuit. The sandwich stands at 460 calories, but there are loads of customization options to suit your taste.

You can add cheese to the meal, including American, Colby Jack, and Pepper Jack cheese. For more of a breakfast flair, add eggs or egg whites. And you can add bacon or sausage if you’re a meat-lover.

9. Dunkin’s Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich

What is a good breakfast without some coffee to go with it?

Dunkin Donuts has long been a popular spot for early morning customers to get a cup of coffee, and it’s one of my favorite places to go when I need some coffee and food in the A.M.

When I need a sandwich to go with my coffee, I turn to the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich.

This sandwich option comes with three choices of bread. You can have the contents served on a bagel for a total of 680 calories, a croissant for 720 calories, or an English Muffin for 560 calories.

Make sure you pair it with one of Dunkin’s premium coffees or a doughnut.

8. Wendy’s Breakfast Baconator

Wendy’s made waves years ago when it introduced the Baconator; a hamburger piled high with cheese and bacon.

It was every bacon lover’s dream. Wendy’s took this a step further down the road by introducing the Breakfast Baconator, and it is every bit as indulgent and delicious as its dinnertime counterpart.

You will not leave the restaurant hungry after you have eaten the Breakfast Baconator.

Wendy’s fills it with a grilled sausage patty, American cheese, bacon, a free-range egg, another slice of American cheese, and more bacon.

The restaurant tops it all off with Wendy’s cheese sauce and serves it on a hamburger bun. The sandwich has 704 calories in total, making it a filling breakfast option.

The sandwich contains only 480 calories, making it a healthier choice for breakfast. And if you’re stopping at McDonald’s, make it a meal with a hash brown and a drink.

I always grab a hash brown while I am there, and it’s one of my favorite items on the menu.

When considering breakfast, Jack in the Box may not be the first place hungry individuals think of, but the restaurant has a sizable morning offering.

5. Starbucks Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich

While Starbucks is most famous for its coffee and its locations all across the country, they have several breakfast items on the menu.

These items tend to showcase a more artisanal and health-conscious quality than other fast food offerings. The Bacon, Gouda, and Egg Sandwich from Starbucks is the primary example of this dedication to quality.

Starbucks places a slice of applewood-smoke bacon, aged gouda cheese, and a cage-free egg frittata in the sandwich. The sandwich comes on an artisanal roll.

This is also one of the healthiest fast-food breakfast sandwiches, clocking in at just 360 calories. Those who want a little kick to their breakfast can opt to add sriracha sauce.

The Crunchwrap comes standard with bacon, egg, jalapeno sauce, cheese, and a hash brown. If you want to add a little extra to the wrap, try the guacamole or sour cream.

3. Sonic Breakfast Toaster

Sonic has long specialized in food made for you to eat in your car.

2. Subway Bacon, Egg, and Cheese

It would stand to reason that a company like Subway that specializes in sandwiches should have a few quality breakfast sandwiches on the menu.

And their flagship breakfast item is the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sub.

The breakfast comes standard with bacon, scrambled eggs, and your choice of cheese served on Subway’s flatbread or the bread of your choosing.

Like all subs at the restaurant, you can add any of their vegetables and sauces to customize your dining experience.

1. Hardee’s / Carl’s Jr Loaded Omelet Biscuit

Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. have long been serving food across the United States since the two companies came under the same umbrella in 1997.
