Spinach, Feta & Cage Free Egg White Breakfast Wrap

The ingredients are in the name, and for the first hot Starbucks breakfast, food menu item, let’s look at the spinach, feta & cage-free egg white breakfast wrap. The egg white is folded into an omelet and accompanied with sun-dried tomato cream cheese and a tomato blend spread on top. At only 290 calories, it’s a perfect sized meal to not overfill your stomach first thing in the morning. This breakfast wrap feels light on the inside, and the bread is soft and tasty on the outside. This one is easy to eat on the run, in class, or in the sun on a lazy day.
Sous Vide Egg Bites: Bacon & Gruyère

For another hot option, sans bread, the Starbucks breakfast menu features the Sous Vide Egg Bites: Bacon & Gruyère. These are my own go-to and certainly don’t lack in flavor. The bites are unbelievably soft (including the bacon) and leave you not only full but satisfied as well. In the egg bites is a combination of cottage cheese, eggs, Monterey Jack, Gruyère, unsalted butter, uncured bacon, and hot sauce. These bites are moist from the first bite to last and go well with either an iced or hot latte depending on the weather or simply your mood.
Spicy Chorizo, Monterey Jack & Egg Breakfast Sandwich

For an option with a kick from the Starbucks breakfast menu, the spicy chorizo, Monterey Jack & egg breakfast sandwich is definitely the choice for you. Its ingredients are enclosed in a potato roll, including a spicy chorizo patty, a puffed scrambled egg patty, and Monterey Jack cheese. These make up a flavorful sandwich with a strong character all its own. This one also pairs nicely with a cold coconut milk coffee drink with a little vanilla added to balance the heat. The sandwich really stands out from the other breakfast menu items with its kick of personality.
Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich

Sometimes it’s best just to keep it simple … and classic. But simple doesn’t always have to mean flavorless. In fact, the sausage, cheddar & egg sandwich packs a lot of taste while not being overly salted, as you might find at McDonald’s. If you need a bit more kick, do what I do: a perk of the Starbucks breakfast food menu is that there are Sriracha sauce packets available and can bring sandwiches like this to life. Just remember to ask for it. Ingredients of the sandwich include a puffed scrambled egg patty, sausage, and cheddar cheese on an English muffin—we did warn you that it was simple after all.
Hearty blueberry oatmeal

If you want to take a break from the eggs and bread, the Starbucks breakfast food menu also offers hearty blueberry oatmeal. This is a fun option! With so many choices, from your choice of oat milk, sweet cream, or nonfat dairy milk, to sweeteners like agave syrup, brown sugar, or dried fruit, you can customize this item just the way you like it. I personally take mine with heavy cream and brown sugar. The oatmeal is an appetizing consistency, and its ingredients include whole-grain oatmeal, nut medley, blueberries, and agave nectar syrup. And if you eat a vegan diet, the hearty oatmeal will be right up your alley and has multiple options for you to choose from!
Double-smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich

On the opposite end of the spectrum, the double-smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich is a different sort of hearty choice for those carnivores coming through the Starbucks drive-thru. Served on a croissant with a fried egg patty, smoked bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese, any bacon lover won’t be able to look past this one to accompany their morning cappuccino. The puffy pastry enclosing the ingredients is always served warm and soft to help you dream of Paris, while the bacon is cooked to perfection and as American as it comes. Just don’t forget to wipe the crumbs off of you before you’re heading because this one you’ll have trouble eating slowly.
Bacon, gouda & egg sandwich

If you can’t get enough bacon—as many of us can’t—the Starbucks breakfast food menu really has you covered. Try the bacon, gouda & egg sandwich. This is a playful twist on the last sandwich. The gouda is softer in taste than the cheddar and more creamy and light in color and weight. Try the bacon, gouda & egg sandwich with an almond milk white-hot mocha if it’s snowing outside, or an iced black tea lemonade if the sun’s shining. This sandwich comes on an artisan roll with a frittata egg patty, full moisture parmesan cheese, gouda, uncured bacon with no nitrites or nitrates added.
Sprouted grain bagel with avocado spread

An option that stands out amongst its peers is the sprouted grain bagel with avocado spread. For that New York-style bagel, choose yours toasted or not. Made of enriched wheat flour, sprouted whole wheat flour, grain blend, liquid sugar, malted barley flour, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, soybean, canola oil, salt, yeast, and cornmeal, your bagel will come soft or crunchy if you go with toasted. This bagel and the avocado spread are some of the best vegan items at Starbucks! The avocado spread tastes fresh and is made of Hass avocados, sea salt, onion, garlic, jalapeno pepper, and lime juice. Other spreads include butter or cream cheese, but once you’ve tasted the avocado spread, we’re confident you’ll run back to it time and time again.
Berry trio parfait

There are many mornings that I crave something cool and healthy when I’m not in the mood for a piping hot sandwich. And if you do too, then may I introduce the berry trio parfait. Composed of nonfat vanilla yogurt, mixed berry compote, and granola, this is another simple option on the Starbucks breakfast food menu without simple flavor. The berry trio parfait is satisfying and heart-healthy. It is high in protein and low in fat. Sometimes I choose this option on a warm day to cool down, but it can also complement a hot drink, like a classic latte or coffee quite nicely.
Chicken Sausage & Bacon Biscuit

With southern home-cooking in mind, the chicken sausage & bacon biscuit is as close as you can get on the Starbucks breakfast food menu to granny’s kitchen. It is an easy meal to eat as the biscuit is buttery and flavorful, and the chicken sausage is moist, not to mention it has the old Starbucks favorite: bacon. The corn biscuit has a hint of sweetness (as any good biscuit should) which gives it a distinct quality you won’t find in the other Starbucks breakfast sandwiches. But it’s the country gravy sauce and honey-chipotle butter that really make this one special. In fact, you’ll probably want to order two.
Classic oatmeal

At only 160 calories, the classic oatmeal says all it needs to about itself. Plus, there are endless options to choose from in order to liven it up in unique ways. For instance, you can start by choosing between dairy, soy, coconut, or any of the other kinds of milk that Starbucks offers to give it a creamier consistency. Then you can drop in dry fruit or a nut medley to give the texture a bit of diversity. And if you really want to sweeten it up, brown sugar or honey are available. Another option to make the classic oatmeal more fun and unique is to add any of their classic syrups to it. From vanilla to Irish cream, there’s a flavor for everyone.
Egg white & roasted red pepper sous vide egg bites

Another option from the assortment of tasty egg bites. This one throws out the bacon and opts for heart-healthier options such as egg white and roasted red pepper. And, it’s also almost half the calories as the bacon & Gruyère egg bites. These egg bites have a long list of yummy ingredients, including cottage cheese, Monterey Jack, red bell pepper, unsalted butter, spinach, canola oil, feta cheese, green onion, and hot sauce. They come in an order of two if you want to split a quick snack with someone or save one for later. But my bet is you won’t want to share.
Lemon Chiffon Yogurt

For the final “cold” best Starbucks breakfast menu item on our list, we have to go out with a bang. Or a tang. For a bit of a tartness in your morning routine, Starbucks’ lemon chiffon yogurt is a fresh way to start the day. Okay, its calorie count may be a bit high, but life’s short, and if you’re only having a coffee, all’s well that ends well, right? In the cup, you’ll get creamy vanilla yogurt, lemon curd, and gingersnap granola to give it some crunch. This is a real treat, and your stomach will thank you for this pic when you’re done.
Reduced-Fat Turkey Bacon & Cage-Free Egg White Breakfast Sandwich

Finally, a low-fat sandwich option is on the list. And wait, it’s delicious too? Too good to be true, right? Absolutely not! In fact, the reduced-fat turkey bacon & cage-free egg white breakfast sandwich is a total favorite in the Starbucks line. This is a toned-down version of the double-smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich, but in my opinion, it’s just as tasty and feels light to eat—yet it’s filling. Served on a wheat English muffin with an egg white patty, turkey bacon, and reduced-fat cheddar cheese this sandwich is a hot go-to you can feel good about.
Roasted ham, Swiss, & Egg Sandwich

Another sandwich wrapped in a croissant roll to help you imagine the Eiffel Tower in the distance as you sip your latte. This one isn’t about calorie counting, and if you’re concerned with that you might want to pretend the roasted ham, swiss & egg sandwich doesn’t have 450 calories. But even so, you can taste each one and it is so worth it. The fried egg patty, uncured ham, and swiss cheese combine to make a sandwich that is completely satisfying to accompany a Starbucks drink of any sort. This sandwich is as yummy as they come on the Starbucks breakfast food menu.
Ham & Swiss Croissant

If buttery, fluffy, mouth-watering bread is what you’re craving, look no further than the ham & swiss croissant. It feels light to eat so that you’re not feeling overly full on your drive into work, but will certainly get your day started on the right, happy foot. Its ingredients include enriched wheat flour, uncured ham, swiss cheese, and eggs. The cheese is melty and includes hazelnuts for the extra bite of character, and the smoked hickory ham and over-baked croissant will no doubt leave you wishing you picked up a second.
