Set to reappear from February 14 through June 4, 2024, this fan-favorite dish features seared wok-fired shrimp, fresh vegetables, and the bold flavors of Sichuan cuisine.
In an exclusive collaboration with Olivier Cheng Catering and Events, the restaurant is offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience at selected locations in Los Angeles and New York City. On two special nights in each city (2/13 & 2/14 in LA, 2/16 & 2/17 in NYC), Panda Express will transform two of its restaurants into elevated fine dining destinations.
Fans attending these events will be treated to a delightful five-course prix fixe menu, curated by Panda’s Culinary Innovation Team. Priced at $38.00 per person, the menu includes an array of elevated dishes, ranging from a special Amuse Bouche and a Welcome Drink inspired by Panda Crafted Beverages to a tantalizing dessert called ‘Tea’ramisu. The star of the night, Firecracker Shrimp, takes center stage, served with regional specialties like quinoa brown fried rice and an eggplant tofu side.

Hurry, as tickets are limited to approximately 200 seats per city location, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two seating options are available for each day, at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
If you can’t make it to the exclusive events, fret not! Panda Express is extending the celebration to all Panda Rewards members. From February 19 through March 3, 2024, or while supplies last, members can redeem one free small entree of Firecracker Shrimp with the purchase of a 2-item plate.
