Dunkin’ Brands, best known for its coffee and donuts, is venturing into the world of cocktails with a limited-time popup bar in New York City called “Ray’s Runs on Dunkin’.” According to reporting from Delish, the pop-up will take place at Ray’s Bar in Manhattan’s Lower East Side from October 20th through October 29th.
At the popup, Dunkin’ is offering a menu of cocktails inspired by its coffee and donut menu items. Signature drinks include the Dunkintini made with vodka, coffee liqueur, and caramel syrup as well as the Dunkin’ Machta, a take on a lemon drop made with vodka, coffee liqueur, and sweetened condensed milk. Another featured cocktail is the Dunkin’ Drunkin’, a rum punch served over ice with Dunkin’ cold brew.
In addition to classic cocktails with a Dunkin’ twist, the limited-time bar also offers donut-topped espresso martinis. According to reporting from Paste Magazine, these innovative martinis feature an espresso-soaked Munchkin donut hole perched atop the creamy vodka-espresso mixture.
The Ray’s Runs on Dunkin’ popup aims to bring together Dunkin’s well-known coffee and donuts with the craft cocktail scene in a fun, fall-inspired collaboration. Whether coffee and donut devotees want to start their night or end it, the pop-up promises unique libations to satisfy both sweet and savory cravings. Only available through the end of October, those looking to sample these specialty sips will need to stop by Ray’s Bar soon before it closes up shop.
