Breakfast Baconator

The Baconator is a Wendy’s classic that’s been around for a long time and it’s one of my favorite on the regular menu. The Breakfast Baconator, however, is a totally different beast. This breakfast sandwich is guaranteed to have your day starting off on the right foot. The Breakfast Baconator consists of grilled sausage, plenty of applewood smoked bacon, a fresh egg, even more cheese, more bacon, and a delectable swiss cheese sauce to really bring it home. This is the ultimate breakfast sandwich, in my opinion. It’s unrivaled by anything else when it comes to breaking the nightly fast.

Next up is one of the simpler options from Wendy’s breakfast menu. The Classic Bacon, Egg, and Cheese, Sandwich is something that you really need to try when you’re looking for a tasty fast-food breakfast. You can find bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches at other fast-food places, but I really love Wendy’s rendition. They use fresh-cracked, grade-A eggs on their breakfast sandwich, and you can really taste the difference it makes. The bacon has such s delightfully smokey taste and they don’t skimp out on it either. Even the warm breakfast roll it’s served on is delicious.

Now, this next breakfast menu item at Wendy’s is almost the same as the last one, but it’s different in some pretty major ways. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit is a tried-and-true classic that cannot be beaten. Like the Classic Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich, the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit is made with a fresh-cracked, grade-A egg and applewood smoked bacon, but instead of a breakfast roll, it’s served on a soft buttermilk biscuit. The biscuits are so buttery and fluffy that you’ll be thinking about this sandwich for the rest of the day afterwards.

Bacon, Egg & Swiss Croissant

The Bacon, Egg, and Swiss Croissant is the next Wendy’s breakfast item that I want to point out to anyone who hasnt tried it before. I absolutely love this sandwich because I really enjoy croissants. There’s just something about the buttery flakiness that makes them such an ideal breakfast pastry. When you make a sandwich out of one like this, then you’ve got yourself something truly special. In my opinion, what really sets this sandwich off is the melted Swiss cheese that comes on it. It complements the applewood smoked bacon superbly and the croissant holds it all together.

Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit

Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit is the next breakfast masterpiece that I want to point your attention towards. This one will never let you down, in my opinion. The Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit is a Southern-style favorite that Wendy’s has adopted and made their own. I am always a fan of fried chicken for breakfast, especially some of Wendy’s delicious chicken filet. What really sets this sandwich apart, however, is the maple honey butter sauce that comes on it. The maple honey butter sauce is so tasty that I think I could drink it by itself, but it’s probably better on the sandwich.

Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant

Continuing on with the maple theme, I want to present to you the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant. This breakfast sandwich is unlike any other that’s available at pretty much any fast-food restaurant that I’m aware of. What I love about this one is that it’s very similar to the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit, except for the fact that it’s served on a buttery, flaky croissant and it comes with a heaping mound of applewood smoked bacon. The balance of salty and sweet in this sandwich is immaculate. The only thing I recommend to make it even better is a cup of coffee to go with it.

Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit

Now, for some more sausage. The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit is a classic breakfast staple at any fast-food restaurant, and I have to say that Wendy’s has perfected theirs version. They use the same fluffy buttermilk biscuit for the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit. Instead of adding bacon, though, the protein they use for this one is their delicious grilled sausage. Sometimes I enjoy the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit more than the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit from Wendy’s. It just depends on the mood I’m in. I do find the sausage version to be a bit more filling.

Up next is the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant. This breakfast sandwich at Wendy’s is sure to please. It’s really one of those breakfast foods that you’re excited to wake up and eat. I honestly look forward to stopping at Wendy’s when I have one of these in mind. The croissant is always a fantastic base for a breakfast sandwich with how buttery and soft it is. Plus, the spicy of the sausage really complements the flavor of the croissant. It makes a really perfect balance in flavor. I definitely recommend this one to anyone that likes the Bacon, Egg, and Swiss Croissant but wants something a bit heartier.

Seasoned Potatoes

There’s nothing quite like some delicious breakfast potatoes, so when I heard about Wendy’s Seasoned Potatoes, I simply had to try them. In my opinion, Wendy’s has truly outdone themselves with this one. The seasoned potatoes are made with natural-cut, skin-on potatoes that come hot and cooked to perfection. Even better, they’re seasoned with salt and fresh-cracked black pepper for the ultimate flavor. The Seasoned Potatoes are usually included as a side dish for the breakfast combos on Wendy’s menu, but you cna order them on their own as well. Sometimes I’ll stop by just for potatoes!

Sausage, Egg & Cheese Burrito

You’d be hard-pressed to find a more convenient and compact way to eat a whole breakfast meal than a good, old-fashioned breakfast burrito. Thankfully, Wendy’s has a breakfast burrito on thei breakfast menu and it’s incredible. Not all breakfast burritos are created equal, of course, and Wendy’s shines above all others if you ask me. The hot, fluffy scrambled eggs inside are cooked perfectly. On top of that, they throw in some seasoned breakfast sausage and tons of melted, gooey cheese to make even more savory. It’s the perfect size, too, if you’re just looking for something light to start the day.

Vanilla Frosty-ccino

Now, it’s time for a little something sweet. The Vanilla Frosty-ccino is the perfect pick-me-up when you need to start your day with a little bit of sugar goodness offset by the flavor of cappuccino. The Vanilla Frosty-ccino is made with Wendy’s own cold-brewed coffee for a kick of caffeine to energize you. The cold-brew is then mixed with the world-famous vanilla frosty mix which blends to create a sweet, coffee-flavored drink that you really need to try for yourself. When you wake up wanting coffee and ice cream, this is definitely a good drink choice for you.

Fresh Baked Oatmeal Bar

One of the most criminally overlooked breakfast menu items at Wendy’s is the Fresh Baked Oatmeal Bar. This breakfast item is the perfect addition to any meal where you just want a side, or you can even get it on its own for a little snack to go with your coffee or your Frosty-ccino. Either way, you won’t regret ordering the Oatmeal Bar. The Fresh Baked Oatmeal Bar at Wendy’s comes made with whole oats, sweet blueberries and tart cranberries for a beautiful flavor balance. It’s one of the most wholesome ways to begin your morning.

Sausage Biscuit

Sometimes, simplicity reigns supreme. In that case, then the Sausage Biscuit from Wendy’s is the king of kings. The Sausage Biscuit is just as its name describes: a delicious, savory grilled sausage patty on top of a fluffy buttermilk biscuit. Everything you need and nothing that you don’t. It’s not often that I come to Wendy’s for breakfast in search of a Sausage Biscuit and nothing else, so I usually order it on the side because it’s a bit smaller than the other breakfast sandwiches. Be sure not to overlook this tried-and-true classic because it’ll never let you down.

Last, but not least, is something that many people might not even know is on Wendy’s breakfast menu. The Sausage Gravy and Biscuit is a dish on its own for anyone that wants to experience Wendy’s delicious sausage gravy, their fluffy buttermilk biscuit, and nothing else. The Sausage Gravy and Biscuit is great on its own, but I really think it goes best as a side dish for one of their delicious breakfast sandwiches. The Sausage Gravy and Biscuit is exactly what it sounds like. You get a single buttermilk biscuit that’s then smothered in Wendy’s incredible sausage gravy with grilled sausage in it.
