Bowls of various ice creams on dark gray table

Usually, dieting means giving up the sweet treats we love. But, it doesn’t have to be that way with these sugar-free ice cream brands that still taste good.

You’re soon to go from being entirely underwhelmed by the prospect of cutting out ice cream to completely overwhelmed by the fantastic options on the market today.

Gone are the days of tasteless vanilla ice cream and plain sorbet. Now, no matter why you’re cutting down on sugar, you can enjoy a delicious, cold dessert.

Plus, many of these options are low-calorie, keto-friendly, plant-based, dairy-free, lactose-free, non-GMO, or meet various dietary requirements.

You’ll also have plenty of options, as these brands and products have produced dozens of unique, must-try flavors.

Check out our favorite zero sugar ice creams that still taste great!

Arctic Zero

Arctic Zero is a popular sugar-free ice cream that’s also dairy free.

The ice cream is also keto-friendly, plant-based, gluten-free, non-GMO, and kosher, which aligns with various dietary needs.

As someone who often enjoys a vegan diet, I know firsthand that finding good-tasting vegan ice cream that’s not dense with sugar is incredibly difficult.

But Arctic Zero has done it. They have some truly delicious flavors, like purple chocolate, cookie shake, pistachio, and a hint of mint.

If you can’t find Arctic Zero in stores, you can also try ordering their products online.

What I love about Arctic Zero is that not only is it vegan, but there’s enough variety in the many unique flavors that you can never get bored of your favorite sweet treat!

Halo Top

Halo Top ice cream is very popular and can be found in grocery stores around the US.

Their pints of ice cream are keto-friendly, a good source of protein, and low in sugar and calories.

They also offer a few non-dairy ice cream varieties that are just as delicious as the classic options.

Some of their many unique flavors include turtle cheesecake, caramel butter pecan, peanut butter chocolate, and brownie a la mode.

Their non-dairy options, like chocolate almond crunch and chocolate chip cookie dough, are made with coconut milk. The peanut butter chocolate is my favorite flavor – it’s scrumptious!

Rebel Keto Ice Cream

Rebel Keto Ice Cream is a delicious sugar-free ice cream brand that is also low-carb.

Although, it’s not as common in grocery stores as Halo Top is. If you can find Rebel ice cream, I highly recommend giving it a try, especially its cookie dough flavor.

They also sell sorbets, keto-friendly, and lactose-free ice cream.

Rebel Keto Ice Cream comes in all the classic flavors you might be looking for, like chocolate and vanilla, as well as some more unique options, like birthday cake, black raspberry, banana peanut butter chip, and orange cream.

I love how creamy Rebel Keto Ice Cream is. It’s so smooth and palatable, you almost can’t believe it has no sugar!

Enlightened Ice Cream

Enlightened Ice Cream believes that eating healthy shouldn’t be a compromise, and I totally agree.

With their widely-sold pints and ice cream bars, you can stop worrying about counting calories and grams of sugar and just enjoy dessert.

I really love their classic flavors as well as their keto cookie dough bites.

They also sell cheesecakes, sundae cones, chocolate-covered fruit bites, cones, and syrups, as well as ready-to-bake cookies!

If you can’t find Enlightened ice cream in a local store, it’s also available to purchase on their website.

Some of their many flavors include triple chocolate brownie dough, salted caramel cookie, caramel fudge pretzel, ice cream cake, and butter pecan.

Klondike No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream Bars

Klondike is a pretty well-known brand of ice cream. But did you know that they sell a no-sugar-added version of their vanilla ice cream bar?

After trying it, there was no way I wasn’t going back to the store to buy another box. Plus, these bars are one of the more affordable options on this list if, like me, you’re trying not to break your budget on dessert items.

These delicious bars may be exactly what you’re looking for if you’re an ice cream lover like me but are trying to watch your sugar intake.

This is the same chocolate-coated Klondike bar you know and love, but with a twist – it has less sugar.

Skinny Cow No Sugar Added Ice Cream Sandwich

Skinny Cow’s no-sugar-added ice cream sandwich is a super tasty dessert that will make you feel like you’re indulging in something off-limits.

But, with no added sugar, these bars are a far healthier option than they might initially seem.

Skinny Cow is well-known for making healthier versions of well-loved desserts, plus there are also no artificial flavors or rBST in their product.

In one bar, there are 130 calories and only 4 grams of total sugar. That’s hard to beat, especially when these bars taste as good as they do.

So Delicious Sugar-Free

So Delicious is a well-known dairy-free brand of ice cream that also sells a no-sugar-added variety of some of its flavors.

You can find no sugar added So Delicious ice cream in chocolate, vanilla bean, and even transformed into a dipped vanilla bean ice cream sandwich.

Their low-sugar vanilla ice cream is also gluten-free and totally vegan.

They use a variety of dairy alternatives in their frozen desserts range, such as almond milk, coconut milk, and cashew milk.

So, not only are these delicious treats sugar-free, they’re also perfect for those of us with lactose intolerance.

It only has 130 calories and a grand total of 5 grams of sugar! If you have more than one dietary requirement, I think So Delicious has a product that will suit your needs.

Plus, their ice cream is fairly easy to find in grocery stores and markets.

Just because you’re on a diet, cautious about your sugar intake, or are just looking to live a healthier life, that doesn’t mean you have to give up desserts you love.

Whether you’re into the classics, like vanilla and chocolate, or are more adventurous, trying flavors like cookie shake, banana peanut butter chip, or orange cream, there is sugar-free ice cream for you.

The options on this list include vegan and plant-based ice creams and those that are low carb, keto-friendly, gluten-free, and non-GMO. Your dietary requirements don’t have to be restricted when there are so many fantastic sugar-free ice cream brands that still taste good on the market!
