Street Style Chicken Tacos
Qdoba’s Street Style Chicken Tacos take you on a culinary trip to Mexico, giving you a taste of authentic street food, just like you might find south of the border. They start with soft corn tortillas, made fresh. Then pile on a handful of perfectly grilled, adobo-marinated chicken. Top it off with hand-made guacamole, red onion, and salty cotija cheese. The icing on the cake, so to speak, is the salsa verde sauce on top. Each order gets three perfectly formed tacos.
3-Cheese Queso
Qdoba’s 3-Cheese Queso is the perfect sauce to pair with many of their menu items. It’s probably the single best thing on the menu, and the best part is that you can get it on almost anything you fancy. It’s the perfect complement for a meaty burrito, so it’s probably no surprise that the queso stars in quite a few popular dishes on the menu at Qdoba. The cheese sauce is velvety and creamy, with just a hint of spice in the background. Dip your chips into it, add some to any entree, protein, and flavor pairing you want.
Corn Tortilla Chips & Guacamole
What’s better than perfectly crisp corn tortilla chips and creamy, fresh, homemade guacamole? For many fans of Qdoba, there is no better side dish or appetizer. Munch on some chips and dip them in the bright green guacamole, with a hint of lime while you enjoy a Signature Item or your own creation. I love guacamole as much as the next person, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a better quality chip and guacamole combination anywhere else.
Chicken Queso Burrito
Qdoba’s Chicken Queso Burrito starts with marinating the chicken in adobo flavor. Then, it’s freshly grilled and rolled into a massive burrito along with pico de gallo, black beans, cilantro-lime rice, corn salsa, and shredded cheese. The flaky flour tortilla is barely enough to contain this massive medley of traditional ingredients and their over-the-top flavor. Finally, a generous helping of everyone’s favorite queso bathes everything in its cheesy goodness. The cheesy queso isn’t just a topping either. It helps bring this burrito together and is a big part of the flavor.
Tortilla Soup
Tortilla soup is a rich broth, with ripped pieces of fried tortilla tossed in, and Qdoba’s is a belly-filling treat, especially on a cold day. There is only one issue with Qdoba’s Tortilla Soup, and it’s a major problem. It’s not available at every location. I think it might be because it’s so good that they can’t make enough of it fast enough and still live up to the Qdoba philosophy of fresh, thoughtful preparation. Sure, they could freeze mass quantities of this fan-favorite and thaw it out to order, and it would probably be almost as good. But that’s not how things are done at Qdoba.
Impossible Burrito Bowl
If you’re looking to cut back on your meat intake, you might want to try the Impossible Burrito Bowl. Doctors say we should be careful to avoid eating too much meat because it can potentially cause health problems. Sometimes, that’s really hard to do because it’s hard to find a replacement that’s just as good. You don’t have to worry about missing out on anything when you order the Impossible Burrito Bowl because it features Impossible brand vegetarian meat substitute. You won’t miss the meat at all, especially once everything is combined in the bowl with all your favorite ingredients, like rice, corn, salsa, peppers, onions, and black beans. It’s up to you!
Beef Taco Salad
When you order a Beef Taco Salad, hopefully, you’re not thinking of a dainty bowl of greens and a little bit of ground beef. Because you might be shocked when you see this massive salad, prepared with savory ground beef, lots of fresh lettuce, and your choice of toppings. Some people might consider standard additions like sour cream, guacamole, sour cream, pinto beans, and cotija cheese. But, the beauty of the Qdoba menu is that everything is standard. Just choose your own ingredients and make your salad, whichever you want it to be!
3-Cheese Nachos
If you’re looking for some fun finger food, check out the 3-Cheese Nachos at Qdoba. They’re perfect for sharing with friends, so be prepared to tell everyone at the table to get their own. Odds are, everyone is going to be leaning in for at least one right off your plate. At the bottom lie a couple of dozen crunch corn tortilla chips. On top, there is a mountain of toppings, piled one on top of the other, and you can pick whatever protein, flavors, sauces, and salsas you want. But these aren’t like watery nachos you get in other places. Qdoba’s chips stay crunchy and don’t get soggy because the ingredients are added fresh and to order.
Fajita Vegetables Bowl
Qdoba has an entire line of dishes that cater to Keto, Vegan, and other high-protein diets. The Fajita Vegetables Bowl features homemade, sauteed fajita peppers and onions and hand-crushed guacamole, often topped with corn salsa, freshly made pico de gallo, and salsa verde. All the ingredients go well resting on a bed of black beans and seasoned brown rice. The sauteed vegetables and velvety beans are so savory. You won’t miss the meat at all. But, if you’d prefer to skip the beans, you can. Or substitute pinto beans instead. It’s up to you.
Chicken Burrito
Qdoba has a bunch of Signature Items so you can order on autopilot. But if you’re in the mood for something custom, all you have to do is ask. Start with a burrito, then choose chicken as your protein. Now, pick your additional flavors from their list of more than a dozen options, including things like pinto beans, tortilla strips, shredded three-cheese blend, cilantro-lime rice, or their in-house pickled jalapenos. Then finish your burrito off with any of your favorite salsas or sauces. They even have a few new flavors to try, like Roasted Tomato Salsa, Jalapeno Verde, and Chile Crema.
Steak Burrito Bowl
If you want all the flavors of a steak burrito, but if you’re thinking you’d like to skip the tortilla, try the Steak Burrito Bowl. You’ll get marinated, freshly grilled slices of steak, and your choice of additional flavors, salsas, and sauces, all piled high on a bed of your choosing. But instead of a burrito wrap, your entree comes in a bowl. I like to order a handful of tortilla strips on top for a little bit of extra crunch. You can order whatever additional flavors you want, so think about whether you might want shredded lettuce, cilantro, brown rice, lime rice, or pickled jalapenos. Or, get them all!
