Panera Bread is a bakery-café chain that serves soups, sandwiches, and salads. They operate in 48 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada.

Their soups are some of the best I have ever had! Panera Bread makes their soups with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Plus, they have a wide variety of soups to choose from, so you’re sure to find one you love.

Best Panera Bread Soups

I’ll be ranking the best Panera Bread soups, so you can decide which one is right for you. I’ll consider factors like flavor, texture, and overall creaminess.

So whether you’re in the mood for something savory or sweet, there’s sure to be a soup on this list that will hit the spot.

Broccoli cheddar

I’m a big fan of Panera Bread soups, but my absolute favorite is the broccoli cheddar.

It’s creamy, flavorful, and packed with broccoli and cheddar cheese. The ingredients for this soup are simple:

  • Broccoli
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Carrots
  • Chicken base
  • Corn starch
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Garlic and onions
  • Seasoning ( white pepper, salt)

That’s it! The result is a deliciously rich and creamy soup to satisfy your hunger. If you’re looking for a soup that will keep you full, this is for you.

Next time you’re in the mood for something comforting and delicious, give it a try.

Chicken noodle

The chicken noodle soup is another of my favorites. It’s classic, comforting, and always gratifying.

The chicken noodle is made from the following ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts
  • Onion
  • Carrots and celery
  • Garlic, bay leaves, parsley leaves, rosemary, and thyme
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Chicken broth
  • Egg noodles

Egg noodles are my preference for this soup, but you can use any noodle you like. The result is a hearty and flavorful soup that will fill you up.

If you’re looking for a classic chicken noodle soup, Panera Bread is the place to go.

Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup

The cream of chicken & wild rice soup is packed with chunks of chicken, rice, and veggies, all in a creamy base. It’s the perfect meal for a chilly day, and it’s also pretty filling.

If you’re looking for a lighter option, Panera also offers a broth-based version of this soup. Either way, you can’t go wrong with this soup! Best of all, it’s relatively easy to make at home. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Long grain and wild rice
  • Onion, carrots, cabbage, and celery
  • Butter
  • Chicken stock
  • Thyme and rosemary
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chicken breasts
  • Flour
  • Milk
  • Cream

It’s definitely worth giving this soup a try if you’re a fan of creamy and hearty soups. You won’t be disappointed!

Bistro French Onion Soup

The Bistro French Onion soup is a favorite at Panera’s, and for a good reason.

It offers the rich, bold flavor of caramelized onions without excess calories or fat. Even so, it still manages to be filling.

The soup contains plenty of fresh vegetables, including tomatoes and carrots. Plus, it’s relatively high in protein, thanks to its cheese-enriched broth. The soup is made with:

  • Onions and garlic
  • Beef broth
  • Butter
  • Sherry
  • Thyme

The flavors all work together perfectly, and the soup is always piping hot. So if you’re looking for a delicious and comforting soup, this is the one you want.

Ten Vegetable Soup

I’m a big fan of vegetarian soup, and Panera Bread’s Ten Vegetable Soup is one of my favorites.

This flavorful soup is packed with an assortment of veggies, including:

  • Carrots
  • Red, yellow, and poblano peppers
  • Onions and garlic
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Celery
  • Corn

The broth is slightly creamy, making it the perfect comfort food on a cold day. Best of all, the soup can easily be made vegan by avoiding the croutons.

This soup is a healthy and delicious way to get your daily dose of veggies. I highly recommend this soup if you’re looking for a healthy and tasty option.

Turkey Chili

You know how sometimes you get to the end of a bowl of soup, and there is just a little left, and you want to finish it, but it’s too hot, and you’re too full?

That’s what happens with Panera Bread’s Turkey chili. It’s a great lunch-sized portion, but it’s so good that you will want to finish every last drop.

This soup packs a flavorful punch. It is basically a spicy turkey chili with beans, tomatoes, and corn served over rice, but that doesn’t really do it justice.

The soup is incredibly hearty, with the turkey meat cooked just right – tender but not mushy. This soup is spicy but not so spicy that your mouth feels like it is on fire.

The chili is made with:

  • Dark Turkey meat
  • Turkey broth
  • Kidney beans
  • Chickpeas
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Green chiles
  • Edamame
  • Tomatillos

This is one of my favorite soups at Panera Bread because it’s so filling without being overly greasy or fatty. I would highly recommend getting an extra side of crackers or bread to scoop up all the extra deliciousness!
