Whenever I enter a Boston Market restaurant, I see multiple rotisserie chickens cooking while the staff takes orders.

You can order a half chicken or choose a family meal where you get an entire whole chicken to split between your friends or family along with various sides and cornbread. It’s great whether you want to eat in the restaurant or take a meal home for the family.

Plus, it doesn’t matter the size of your family – Boston Market has you covered. You can pick a rotisserie chicken with sides to split for a family of three, four, five, or six people.

St. Louis Style BBQ Ribs

The St. Louis style BBQ ribs are slow-cooked on the premises.

These fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs taste incredible, especially due to the Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory BBQ sauce used to cover each section of these flavorful ribs.

The savory St. Louis style BBQ ribs come with 42 grams of protein and 20 grams of sugar from its sweet sauce. You can choose a full order of ribs, a half-order of ribs, or a half-order of ribs with a quarter of rotisserie chicken.

Sweet Potato Casserole

The tasty and flavorful sweet potato casserole from Boston Market includes some of the best ingredients you can imagine combined into one delicious side.

This is a premium side that you can add to your order of rotisserie chicken or BBQ ribs. In my opinion, this is the best side served at Boston Market, and it reminds me of Thanksgiving every time I order it.

The sweet and yummy chocolate brownie from Boston Market includes chocolate chips throughout the inside as well as sprinkled on top.

Along with the chocolate chips, you’ll find standard brownie ingredients like cocoa powder, sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, almond extract, salt, and all-purpose flour.

This chocolate brownie makes a great dessert after a meal of rotisserie chicken, steamed vegetables, and sweet potato casserole.

I like the sweet and crunchy chocolate chips in this chocolate brownie the best. You won’t regret choosing this dessert to finish out your meal.

Carrot Cake

The carrot cake from Boston Market could be its most complex dessert, as it includes a wide variety of ingredients.

The carrot cake recipe calls for ingredients like

  • Baking soda
  • All-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Three large eggs
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract
  • Two cups of grated carrots
  • Coconut flakes
  • Crushed pineapple
  • Cream cheese
  • Buttermilk

If you have any risk of diabetes or you would rather not consume too much sugar, then avoid this dessert. It comes with a not-so-insignificant amount of sugar – 79 grams, to be exact.

This cake also has 35 grams of fat, 1 gram of dietary fiber, and 5 grams of protein. But, if you have a major sweet tooth or you’re looking to indulge, this is one of the moistest carrot cakes you’ll ever have. 

Chicken Caesar Salad

The Chicken Caesar salad has lots of healthy and tasty ingredients, such as romaine lettuce, rotisserie chicken, and croutons.

This salad also comes with a three-cheese blend and traditional Caesar dressing.

In my opinion, a nice chicken Caesar salad makes a great meal for lunch when I’m craving a healthier and smaller amount of food.

They aren’t mushy or bland, and they have just the perfect “bite” to them to leave you satisfied. The ingredients here include carrots, broccoli, and zucchini along with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

This perfectly steamed side will provide you with the healthy option you prefer to go along with your more flavorful sweet potato casserole and wonderfully cooked rotisserie chicken.

I like the crunchy carrots and the melt-in-your-mouth zucchini that come with these steamed veggies. 


Meatloaf is a truly special meal that combines nostalgia and comfort.

Don’t forget to have a yummy drink and a dessert to round out this dinner. This meatloaf is one of my favorite dishes from Boston Market.

House Side Salad

Boston Market also offers a House side salad that you can add to any meal of BBQ ribs, meatloaf, or rotisserie chicken.

When you’re looking for a healthy side to add to your main dish, the house side salad is a great addition and comes with plenty of greens.

This salad comes in at only 200 calories and includes 16 grams of fat, 4 grams of protein, 3 grams of saturated fat, and 10 grams of carbohydrates. The House side salad also only has a small amount of sodium (350 milligrams).

Adding this small healthy salad to your meal is a great way to create balance, so you can enjoy some of the “richer” dishes without overdoing it. 

Macaroni and Cheese

If you love rotini pasta noodles, then this is the meal for you.

  1. My Boston Market just discontinued mixed vegetables and red potatoes. There is a definite lack of healthy vegetables and too many starches. Green beans and cole slaw were discontinued a while ago and another starchy food, Mac and cheese added. More healthy vegetables are needed. There is a nice variety of meat entrees but not enough variety in healthy vegetables.
