The Salt House is a gastropub in New Hope, serving up modern and innovative cuisine in a rustic, historic setting. This New Hope pub is located in a stone building that has been standing since 1751, so it offers all the charm of a fairytale with some amazing food to boot.
The downstairs tavern has a large fireplace, or you can dine in the library lounge or outside on a brick patio. The Salt House’s menu features elevated bar food, from cheeseburgers to pan seared salmon to a wild mushroom ragu. Check out this charming New Hope restaurant the next time you’re in the area!

Zoubi is a hidden gem in New Hope, serving up creative and modern American cuisine. This New Hope restaurant is totally al fresco, so you can enjoy outdoor dining in their lovely courtyard or at the open-air bar, perfect for warm summer nights.

The menu at Nektar Wine Bar consists of small plates, all made from ingredients from local farms and suppliers. The food at Nektar is perfect for sharing, perhaps along with a flight of wine or whiskey. Order an assortment of small plates, brushetta, or make your own charcuterie and Fromage board. Start your meal with prosciutto wrapped asparagus and mozzarella stuffed portobello mushrooms, and pick from entrees like seared scallops or pork Milanese. Every dish at Mechanic Street Station is masterfully plated and delicious.

Stella is a lovely New Hope restaurant overlooking the Delaware River and New Jersey. This popular spot has plenty of outdoor dining year-round with heat lamps, as well as a charming dining room inside. Stella is connected to the Ghost Light Inn, so you can stay the night or just stop by for dinner.
The menu at Stella is inspired by local ingredients, with seasonal changes to ensure the freshest possible meals. Menu items include cuisine like Parisian gnocchi, burgundy and rosemary braised beef short ribs, and wild caught black bass filet.

The menu at Italian Cucina has classics like shrimp scampi, lobster ravioli, chicken cacciatore, and more. All of their pasta is homemade in-house. The appetizers and salads are served family style, so you can enjoy a true family dinner at Italian Cucina.
Inn at Phillips Mill

The Inn at Phillip’s Mill is a gorgeous and romantic restaurant in New Hope, perfect for family dinner or a date. Set in an 18th century stone barn, the building is on the National Historic Register, so you can enjoy a meal at this landmark. Inside the stone building is a charming fireplace, or you can eat surrounded by flowers on the back patio.
The Inn at Phillip’s Mill serves French country food. Most of the menu is in French, but worry not – there are translations. Enjoy classics like crab cake remoulade, escargots, french lamb chops, and much more. The Inn at Phillip’s Mill offers a gorgeous setting and sophisticated but simple French cuisine for residents and visitors of New Hope.
