The Salt House is a gastropub in New Hope, serving up modern and innovative cuisine in a rustic, historic setting. This New Hope pub is located in a stone building that has been standing since 1751, so it offers all the charm of a fairytale with some amazing food to boot.
The downstairs tavern has a large fireplace, or you can dine in the library lounge or outside on a brick patio. The Salt House’s menu features elevated bar food, from cheeseburgers to pan seared salmon to a wild mushroom ragu. Check out this charming New Hope restaurant the next time you’re in the area!

Zoubi is a hidden gem in New Hope, serving up creative and modern American cuisine. This New Hope restaurant is totally al fresco, so you can enjoy outdoor dining in their lovely courtyard or at the open-air bar, perfect for warm summer nights.

The menu at Nektar Wine Bar consists of small plates, all made from ingredients from local farms and suppliers. The food at Nektar is perfect for sharing, perhaps along with a flight of wine or whiskey. Order an assortment of small plates, brushetta, or make your own charcuterie and Fromage board. Sprig and Vine

If you’re looking for a vegetarian restaurant in New Hope, Sprig and Vine serves exclusively vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Anyone and everyone can enjoy Sprig and Vine, however, with gourmet dishes so delicious that you’ll forget that there’s no meat or animal products involved. All the vegetables are local and seasonal, so freshness is guaranteed.

This popular spot has plenty of outdoor dining year-round with heat lamps, as well as a charming dining room inside. Stella is connected to the Ghost Light Inn, so you can stay the night or just stop by for dinner.
The menu at Stella is inspired by local ingredients, with seasonal changes to ensure the freshest possible meals. Menu items include cuisine like Parisian gnocchi, burgundy and rosemary braised beef short ribs, and wild caught black bass filet.

For Italian fare in New Hope, check out Italian Cucina. This old-school Italian restaurant does it right: it’s family owned and operated, and has a friendly and comfortable setting to enjoy their tasty food. Italian Cucina is also a BYOB, so you can save on your bill by bringing a bottle from home.
The menu at Italian Cucina has classics like shrimp scampi, lobster ravioli, chicken cacciatore, and more. All of their pasta is homemade in-house. The appetizers and salads are served family style, so you can enjoy a true family dinner at Italian Cucina.

Los Catrines is a Mexican eatery in New Hope, so if you’re looking for some spice, check out this restaurant! Open Wednesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner, Los Catrines serves authentic Mexican cuisine.
