This energy drink contains 140mg per serving, the right amount for a pick-me-up without the jitters. You can drink two of these each day without worrying about caffeine intake.

I love this drink because it tastes great, and you don’t get the energy crash after consuming it.


Red Bull Sugar-Free

Red Bull Sugar-Free is another excellent choice if you are following a keto diet.

It tastes very similar to the original, but you are hit with a very sweet aftertaste, thanks to the artificial sweeteners.

This is my go-to in a pinch because it is so accessible. You can find Red Bull in any store, any time.

This beverage has no sugars, so you can maintain your ketosis if you don’t mind the taste. It does contain ten calories, 3g of carbs, and a staggering 100mg of sodium.

It comes in four serving sizes, and the smallest size contains 80mg of caffeine, so it is an effective drink for a quick boost.

It would be best to read the nutritional information before consuming Red Bull because, for some reason, the 12 oz. serving has ten calories.

Sugar-Free Monster Energy Drink

Monster has given what energy drink lovers have been asking for.

They have developed a drink with no sugars or calories, which still contains a blend that will get you moving.

The sugar-free Monster drink has B vitamins and taurine, which, combined with the 140mg of caffeine, gives you the boost you might need.

If you limit your caffeine intake but still want to enjoy the taste of an energy drink, Monster has developed a caffeine-free called Monster Unleaded.
