Specifically, the tuna sashimi dish has only 359 calories.  The Ahi Tuna Sashimi is a plate of premium sushi-grade tuna with a sesame crust that has been seared to a rare preparation and served with wasabi and pickled ginger. When I tried the Ahi Tuna Sashimi, I enjoyed it with a bit of soy sauce on my tuna. The dish is refreshing, and I would certainly order it again!

The Atlantic Salmon is a restaurant specialty prepared on the signature wood-fired grill. The grilled Atlantic salmon is lightly seasoned before grilling, and guests can add an array of sauces like a lime tomato garlic sauce, mango salsa, lemon butter, or chimichurri.  The grilled Atlantic salmon is served alongside two side dishes. When I ordered the grilled Atlantic salmon, I enjoyed it with the steamed asparagus and garlic whipped asparagus. The grilled Atlantic salmon is gluten-free, making it a great option if you need to accommodate a special diet. For a gluten-free meal, try the jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables as side options.

While Bonefish Grill is most commonly associated with seafood dishes, the filet mignon is also a delicious option. The filet mignon at Bonefish Grill is seven ounces and has been seasoned and wood-grilled to highlight its tasty natural flavors. The filet mignon is about 260 calories and is approximately twenty-five dollars on the menu.   When I visited Bonefish Grill, I enjoyed the steak. It is one of the  “From the Land” options on the lunch and dinner menu. The filet mignon is served with two sides, which can be either the signature sides or the premium side dishes. I recommend trying the bacon macaroni and cheese, and creamed spinach.

On the Bonefish Grill brunch menu, the Seafood Johnny Cakes are a tasty option for a morning or midday meal. Only particular locations serve brunch, but the brunch menu options are exceptional, serving not only johnny cakes but also a bang bang shrimp eggs benedict and a creme brulee French toast!  The Seafood Johnny Cakes and eggs include seven small corn-based pancakes. The dish is served with roasted shrimp and bay scallops, then topped with two poached eggs and a signature creole sauce. The decadent dish is finished with crispy bacon. The Seafood Johnny Cakes plate is about 730 calories and sits at a twelve-dollar price point.

It is a bowl that includes raw Ahi Tuna on top of Jasmine rice with red onions, cucumbers, peppers, cilantro, and sesame seeds finishing the dish. It is tossed in a Hawaiian poke sauce. The meal is about 630 calories and costs just under fourteen dollars.  When I tried the poke bowl at Bonefish Grill, I was reminded of a poke bowl with an explosion of delectable tastes and crunchy flavors. The lunch menu at Bonefish includes various other bowls, like a grain bowl with shrimp and a Tuscan bowl with salmon, but this is my favorite by far.

The meal includes a cod stuffed with shrimp, lump crab, mozzarella, and parmesan, and topped with a lemon-caper butter sauce. The accompanying rich flavors elevate the delicate white fish.  For a full meal, the Cod Imperial is served with two signature or premium sides. When I ordered the Cod Imperial, I tried it with seasonal vegetables and the bacon macaroni and cheese. The Cod Imperial is the only stuffed fish option that regularly appears on the Bonefish Grill menu.
