Bang Bang Shrimp
The Bang Bang Shrimp is one of Bonefish Grill’s signature dishes.
The shrimp are listed on the starters menu and are described as crispy shrimp tossed in a creamy and spicy sauce. The entire dish is 730 calories and costs about twelve dollars.
The dish is perfect for sharing between two people or can be enjoyed as a starter or entree for one person.
While the sauce is a bit spicy, it is not unbearable and will be tasty for most, even those who shy away from spicier foods.
Bang Bang Shrimp is one of the most ordered dishes on the Bonefish Grill menu.
Ahi Tuna Sashimi
Bonefish Grill offers various options for guests seeking out healthier dining options.
The Ahi Tuna Sashimi is one menu item with less than 600 calories. Specifically, the tuna sashimi dish has only 359 calories.
The Ahi Tuna Sashimi is a plate of premium sushi-grade tuna with a sesame crust that has been seared to a rare preparation and served with wasabi and pickled ginger.
When I tried the Ahi Tuna Sashimi, I enjoyed it with a bit of soy sauce on my tuna. The dish is refreshing, and I would certainly order it again!
Grilled Atlantic Salmon
The Atlantic Salmon is a restaurant specialty prepared on the signature wood-fired grill.
The grilled Atlantic salmon is lightly seasoned before grilling, and guests can add an array of sauces like a lime tomato garlic sauce, mango salsa, lemon butter, or chimichurri.
The grilled Atlantic salmon is served alongside two side dishes. When I ordered the grilled Atlantic salmon, I enjoyed it with the steamed asparagus and garlic whipped asparagus.
The grilled Atlantic salmon is gluten-free, making it a great option if you need to accommodate a special diet.
For a gluten-free meal, try the jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables as side options.
While Bonefish Grill is most commonly associated with seafood dishes, the filet mignon is also a delicious option.
The filet mignon at Bonefish Grill is seven ounces and has been seasoned and wood-grilled to highlight its tasty natural flavors. The filet mignon is about 260 calories and is approximately twenty-five dollars on the menu.
When I visited Bonefish Grill, I enjoyed the steak. It is one of the “From the Land” options on the lunch and dinner menu.
The filet mignon is served with two sides, which can be either the signature sides or the premium side dishes.
I recommend trying the bacon macaroni and cheese, and creamed spinach.
Seafood Johnny Cakes
On the Bonefish Grill brunch menu, the Seafood Johnny Cakes are a tasty option for a morning or midday meal.
Only particular locations serve brunch, but the brunch menu options are exceptional, serving not only johnny cakes but also a bang bang shrimp eggs benedict and a creme brulee French toast!
The Seafood Johnny Cakes and eggs include seven small corn-based pancakes.
The dish is served with roasted shrimp and bay scallops, then topped with two poached eggs and a signature creole sauce. The decadent dish is finished with crispy bacon.
The Seafood Johnny Cakes plate is about 730 calories and sits at a twelve-dollar price point.
Tuna Poke Bowl
The Tuna Poke Bowl is a great choice for a filling, but healthy, seafood dish.
It is a bowl that includes raw Ahi Tuna on top of Jasmine rice with red onions, cucumbers, peppers, cilantro, and sesame seeds finishing the dish. It is tossed in a Hawaiian poke sauce.
The meal is about 630 calories and costs just under fourteen dollars.
When I tried the poke bowl at Bonefish Grill, I was reminded of a poke bowl with an explosion of delectable tastes and crunchy flavors.
The lunch menu at Bonefish includes various other bowls, like a grain bowl with shrimp and a Tuscan bowl with salmon, but this is my favorite by far.
As one of the “From the Sea” selections on the dinner menu, the Cod Imperial is a decadent dish.
The meal includes a cod stuffed with shrimp, lump crab, mozzarella, and parmesan, and topped with a lemon-caper butter sauce. The accompanying rich flavors elevate the delicate white fish.
For a full meal, the Cod Imperial is served with two signature or premium sides.
When I ordered the Cod Imperial, I tried it with seasonal vegetables and the bacon macaroni and cheese. The Cod Imperial is the only stuffed fish option that regularly appears on the Bonefish Grill menu.
Georges Bank Scallops and Shrimp
Georges Bank Scallops and Shrimp are lightly seasoned and prepared on the wood-fired grill.
The Scallops and Shrimp are served with two side dishes like steamed asparagus, whipped garlic mashed potatoes, or sauteed spinach at about twenty dollars for the plate.
When I sampled the Georges Bank Scallops and Shrimp, I added the lemon butter sauce, but other additions include a lime-tomato garlic sauce, a mango salsa, and an herb pesto, to name a few.
Notably, Georges Bank refers to an area in New England where seafood is often sourced.
Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos
One of the most ordered and most loved dishes at Bonefish Grill is the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos.
The dish utilizes the signature Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer with the addition of a crispy wonton shell.
The Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos are served with french fries and include greens, tomatoes, and sour cream. The meal is about 1000 calories and costs about sixteen dollars.
The tacos are available at nearly every Bonefish Grill location and are served for both lunch and dinner. The Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos are probably my favorite bite at Bonefish Grill!
