If you haven’t already visited Wendy’s for their 4 for $4 menu, you’re missing out. The 4 for $4 menu is available 24-hours a day via their app or at any Wendy’s location. You can choose any 4 items to create a full meal for under $4.

Breakfast Baconator, Fries, and a cup of Coffee at a Wendy's restaurant

Wendy’s 4 for $4 menu items are affordable fan favorites that fit just about every budget. I like to order off the 4 for $4 menu when I’m trying to save money but still want something comforting and filling.

There are ten items on the menu, including burgers, chicken sandwiches, nuggets, fries, and more. It’s got everything you need to create a full meal without breaking the bank!

Whether you’ve tried some of these items before or you need an excuse to hit the drive-thru, let’s cover Wendy’s 4 for $4 menu items, and why they should be in your next order.

Chicken Nuggets

Wendy’s chicken nuggets are famous for their delicious taste and crispy exterior.

The 4 for $4 deal comes with a 4-pc nugget to accompany your meal. You can choose between traditional chicken nuggets or spicy chicken nuggets when your order.

Don’t forget the dipping sauce! Choose from barbecue sauce, ghost pepper ranch, honey mustard, hot honey, classic ketchup, buttermilk ranch, or sweet and sour sauce.

My favorite is the ghost pepper ranch (I’m a bit of a spice-a-holic!), but honey mustard is also popular with many Wendy’s lovers.

I recommend the sweet and sour sauce or traditional barbecue sauce if you’re getting these nuggets for kids.

French Fries

French fries are a classic side for any fast-food meal, and Wendy’s 4 for $4 fries are no exception.

When you order your 4 for $4 meal, you can choose from Jr., medium, or large natural-cut fries. You can also choose from a variety of dipping sauces.

Wendy’s fries are famous for their crispy texture and delicious flavor.

They come hot and salty, but you can ask for extra salt on the side if you want a little more flavor. Fries are my favorite part of any fast food meal, so I always order extra.

Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger

The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger is one of Wendy’s most popular menu items for a reason.

It includes a small hamburger patty, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and American cheese on a sandwich bun.

There are plenty of extras you can add to customize your burger, including vegetables, sauces, and other types of cheese.

I love to add the bourbon bacon sauce to mine, but the smoky honey mustard sauce is another excellent option.

Jr. Cheeseburger

The Jr. Cheeseburger is another great option for the 4 for $4 meal if bacon just isn’t your thing.

This classic option is made up of a small hamburger patty on a bun with American cheese, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.

Just like the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger described above, you can add a wide assortment of extras to this burger. I always add lettuce and tomato for an added crunch.

If you’re looking to switch it up for something a little different, try the asiago or pepper jack cheese add-on.

The Jr. Cheeseburger is an excellent option for children or for anyone looking for a great cheeseburger that is a little smaller than the original.

If it doesn’t seem like it’ll be enough, remember, you’ve got three more menu items to choose from to round out your meal!

Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe

The Wendy’s Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe is essentially the Jr. Cheeseburger with more delicious toppings!

In addition to the small hamburger patty, American cheese, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard on the regular Jr. Cheeseburger, the deluxe includes lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and mayonnaise.

You can also add applewood smoked bacon, various cheeses, and additional sauces.

I love to add the bourbon bacon sauce, or the applewood smoked bacon. Asiago cheese is another popular add-on for this deluxe cheeseburger.

Can you tell I’m a bacon lover? Bacon is the perfect complement to any cheeseburger. Adding it to your deluxe is a no-brainer.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich features a Wendy’s crispy chicken patty with lettuce and mayonnaise on a soft and squishy bun.

While the original sandwich is simple and delicious, I never order this one without a few extras.

Because of the simplicity of this popular sandwich, there is room to get creative, especially with the plethora of Wendy’s sauces to choose from, including cheddar cheese sauce, multiple types of cheese, applewood smoked bacon, additional veggies, and various sauces.

My favorite add-ons for this sandwich are tomato, applewood smoked bacon and cheddar cheese sauce. It doesn’t get better than that!

Crispy Chicken BLT

The Wendy’s Crispy Chicken BLT is an incredible innovation for people who love a classic BLT and crave crispy chicken at the same time.

This sandwich features a crispy chicken patty on a sandwich bun with applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, American cheese, and mayonnaise.

You can probably already tell I love this one since bacon is one of the main features.

Although this sandwich is already chock-full of everything a good sandwich needs, you can also add on additional cheeses, sauces, and vegetables.

I like to add pickles and ranch sauce, but you really can’t go wrong with any optional Wendy’s sauces.

Double Stack

The Wendy’s Double Stack is a double cheeseburger with two small hamburger patties, pickles, onions, American cheese, ketchup, and mustard on a soft bun.

This double cheeseburger is one of the more filling options on Wendy’s menu, especially when paired with three other 4 for $4 menu items.

Like the other sandwiches on this list, you can add additional cheese, sauces, and veggies to your burger.

I recommend adding lettuce and tomato for a more “complete” burger experience. If you prefer mayo on your burger, you can select it as an add-on here.

The double-stack is the biggest sandwich on the 4 for $4 menu options. If you have a big appetite or are looking for something to fill you up all day, this is the best choice for you.

Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich

We think the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich is one of the most exciting menu items at Wendy’s – especially when it’s so affordable.

It features a spicy chicken breast with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on a premium bun. I love the extra kick of the spicy chicken breast on this popular item.

This sandwich has many add-on options, including various types of cheese, sauces, applewood smoked bacon, vegetables, and even crispy onions.

My favorite add-ons for this sandwich are avocado and bacon jam. The avocado provides an excellent contrast to the spice of the chicken breast.

Small Drink

You can complete your 4 for $4 deal with a small drink of your choice.

I love a classic soda with my meal, but there are plenty of options depending on what you like to drink.

Beverages included with the 4 for $4 deal include

  • Coca Cola products
  • Iced tea
  • Bottled water
  • A frosty (chocolate or vanilla)
  • Lemonade (pineapple, berry, natural, or strawberry)
  • Fruit punch
  • Coffee (hot or iced)
  • Milk or chocolate milk
  • Orange juice
  • Vanilla frosty-ccino

Whichever you choose, a nice cold beverage is an excellent complement to your Wendy’s meal.

If you’re looking for a quick and affordable meal, the Wendy’s 4 for $4 menu deals are a great option. You can order yours directly on their website or at a Wendy’s location near you.

I recommend the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger as the star of your meal, complemented with crispy fries, nuggets, and rounded out with a refreshing Frosty. But, you really can’t go wrong with any of these selections from the Wendy’s menu.

By customizing everything to your liking with add-ons and sauces, the combination options are endless, which gives you an excuse to go back to Wendy’s more often.
