Thai Lettuce Wraps

In a menu filled with rich and greasy dishes, the Thai Lettuce Wraps are a rather refreshing change of pace. These can make a great appetizer to start off your meal. Alternatively, you could enjoy them as a light and healthy main course.  You can build your own lettuce wraps to suit your preferences, so it’s pretty hard to go wrong with these. Fill them with satay-covered chicken strips, avocado, and a variety of other additions like carrots or bean sprouts.  When you drizzle them with some savory Thai-style sauces–including peanut, sweet red chili, and tamarind-cashew–it wraps all of the flavors together perfectly.

The Bacon-Bacon Burger is a meaty, satisfying meal that’s bursting with a smoky flavor. Fans of bacon and burgers alike will want to give this entree a shot next time they visit the Cheesecake Factory.  A charbroiled hamburger patty, thick-cut smoked bacon, and two different kinds of cheese mingle deliciously on a brioche bun. It also has a dash of their secret sauce for an extra hint of flavor, as well as the usual hamburger toppings such as tomatoes and pickles.  Consider adding a side of french fries or a salad to make the bacon-bacon burger a complete meal!
