I love sparkling water. The combination of carbonation and mild flavoring makes the perfect drink.

Sparkling cold water detox with lime and ice

There are many reasons why sparkling water has become so popular in recent years. It’s a refreshing and healthy alternative to sugary sodas and juices.

It can also be enhanced with fruit or other natural flavors to create a variety of exciting and delicious drinks.

Another reason I like sparkling water is the various health benefits associated with this beverage. Sparkling water is also said to have several health benefits, including aiding in digestion, helping to prevent dehydration, and even providing some minerals and vitamins not found in regular water.

There are many different brands of sparkling water on the market, each with its unique flavor. And, to help you choose the best sparkling water for your needs, I’ve put together a list of the best sparkling water brands.

La Croix Sparkling Water

La Croix Sparkling Water is probably the most recognizable and popular sparkling water brand.

It has an iconic can design and various delicious flavors. La Croix sparkling water is made with all-natural, environmentally-friendly ingredients and doesn’t contain any:

  • Calories
  • Sodium
  • Artificial sweeteners

La Croix is an American brand first made in La Crosse, Wisconsin. One of the things that I like the most about La Croix is the wide variety of flavors you can get.

Some of my favorites are cherry blossom, black razzberry, key lime, and watermelon.

La Croix Sparkling Water is also a great addition to cocktails, mocktails, or sangria.

I enjoy mixing my La Croix with gin to make delicious fruity gin and tonics instead of classic tonic water. La Croix is definitely one of the best sparkling water brands.

Spindrift Sparkling Water

Spindrift Sparkling Water is another famous sparkling water brand made with real fruit juice and natural flavors. It contains no artificial sweeteners, flavors, or preservatives.

Spindrift was founded in 2010 by Bill Creelman and Fraser Dickson in Boston, Massachusetts.

My favorite aspect of Spindrift Sparkling Water is that they only use real fruit juice to flavor their drinks.

The flavors are delicious and taste authentic. Some other sparkling waters have an artificial taste, but not Spindrift.

Spindrift Sparkling Water comes in various flavors, including grapefruit, raspberry lime, cucumber, lemon, and strawberry. My personal favorite is the grapefruit flavor!

  1. You left off one of the very BEST sparkling waters TOPO CHICO!! The weirdest thing about carbonated water is the vast differences in the BUBBLES! Not only are there different levels of carbonation but it seems that there are different sizes of bubbles! For example both Perrier and San Pellegrino have small bubbles and fairly light carbonation while Topo Chico has huge bubbles and very very very high carbonation! The Kirkland Sparkling Mineral Water brand (not the flavored Kirkland) has a lot of carbonation but has smaller bubbles!
