Top 9 Brunch Options at The Cheesecake Factory

Try these popular brunch items at The Cheesecake Factory

Everyone knows and loves the Cheesecake factory. It’s truly an American classic. Every menu item is decadent, and with their huge portions, you’ll be sure to have leftovers.

The Cheesecake Factory on Michigan ave downtown

Of course, the Cheesecake Factory has incredible cheesecake in endless flavors. They are also known for their bread, appetizers, and creamy entrees.

In 2017, the Cheesecake Factory started its brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays. Their brunch is underrated. It has all the classic brunch options you can dream up with the Cheesecake Factory flair.

There are so many fantastic brunch options on Saturdays and Sundays at the Cheesecake Factory. They have a wide variety of sweet options with a variety of pancake, waffle, and french toast flavors. They also have classic savory options like eggs benedict and chilaquiles.

The Cheesecake Factory also has a good selection of alcohol so that you can have the boozy brunch of your dreams. If you’ve had a wild night out, a Sunday brunch at the Cheesecake Factory will cure any hangover.

Cheesecake Factory Brunch Items

Check out our favorites from The Cheesecake Factory’s brunch menu, and don’t forget to add a mimosa or a bloody Mary to your order!

Giant Belgian Waffle

There’s nothing better for breakfast than a classic Belgian waffle topped with a dusting of powdered sugar and dipped in sweet maple syrup.

Cheesecake Factory’s version is a classic magnified, literally. Their giant waffle is sure to fill you up with its size, but it won’t leave you too stuffed. It’s light, airy, and slightly crispy.

This Belgian waffle is a perfectly simple yet decadently delicious brunch option on its own. It’s also a great accompaniment to a savory breakfast, like bacon and eggs.

If you’re there with a friend, try splitting these sweet treats and something else to get a little bit of everything.

Brunch Combo

Cheesecake Factory’s Brunch Combo is a classic on any diner menu, and their version is just as addictive.

The combo includes two eggs your way, two slices of crispy bacon, and two fluffy buttermilk pancakes. Each item is cooked to perfection, and you can customize it as you wish.

This is the perfect order for someone who can’t make up their mind, or just if you’re really hungry.

You get delicious protein from the eggs and the perfect combination of sweet and savory from the pancakes and bacon.

The ideal bite is a good forkful of pancake topped with a slice of bacon drizzled in maple syrup. If you’re feeling risky, dip that in some runny egg yolk, and you’ll never go back.

Bruleed French Toast

I’m going to go out on a limb and say this is some of the best french toast ever.

Cheesecake Factory’s Bruleed French Toast is four extra-thick slices of baguette baked and then grilled on the top to be golden brown.

This crispy top is sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with Maple-Butter Syrup.

This decadent treat is classic french toast with a creme brulee twist and it’s kind of life-changing.

Each piece of bread is crispy on the outside and so fluffy on the inside, and the sugar coating is just a bit crunchy. The bread is light enough that the indulgent topping won’t make you uncomfortably full.

Eggs Benedict with Canadian Bacon and Hollandaise

There’s truly nothing more classic at brunch than Eggs Benedict.

Cheesecake Factory gives you two English muffins toasted to perfection, topped with thick slices of rich Canadian bacon.

That’s topped with two poached eggs with perfectly runny yolks and doused with creamy and tangy Hollandaise sauce.

This delicious concoction is served with a side of crispy potatoes and ketchup, which are the perfect side to dip into any extra Hollandaise on your plate.

There is no better brunch food than this, especially if you’re hungover. This dish is vibrant and rich, but not overpowering. It goes great with a glass of refreshing orange juice or mimosa if you’re feeling cheeky.

Monte Cristo Sandwich

Another classic diner option done Cheesecake Factory style, the Monte Cristo brunch option is criminally underrated, in my opinion.

This is a breakfast sandwich with crispy bacon, grilled ham, scrambled eggs, and melty swiss cheese.

All of that goodness is stuffed between two layers of fluffy french toast, dusted with powdered sugar, and served with strawberry jam and maple syrup.

The Monte Cristo is the ultimate sweet and savory combo because it has everything you want from a breakfast sandwich with a sweet twist from the French Toast.

This sandwich is not for the faint of heart, but it’s well worth it if you can handle the combination.

Lemon-Ricotta Pancakes

Cheesecake Factory’s Lemon Ricotta Pancakes are decadent and so flavorful, one of my absolute favorites.

Their classic and fluffy buttermilk pancakes are made with creamy ricotta lemon zest in the batter. The pancakes are then topped with a delicious lemon glaze, sliced strawberries, and blueberries.

These pancakes are the perfect combination of sweet and tart, the lemon and blueberries pair so well with maple syrup. If you’re wary about cheese in pancakes, fear not.

The ricotta adds a lightness to the batter and is creamy but does not detract from the flavor. If you like pancakes but sometimes feel they are too sweet, you won’t be able to get enough of this dish.

Green Chilaquiles and Eggs

You might not think of tortilla chips when you think of brunch, but that’s because you haven’t tried the traditional Mexican breakfast chilaquiles.

The ones from Cheesecake Factory are crispy and packed with toppings.

The chips are piled high with slow-cooked pork or chicken, roasted poblano peppers, cheese, onions, and cilantro.

Then the entire thing is doused in tomatillo-chile sauce, tomato, and sour cream. This brunch is the perfect combination of spicy and savory, and it manages to be rich without making you overfull.

This chilaquiles dish is also the perfect hangover food, as they are creamy and just a little greasy without going overboard.

Fried Chicken & Waffles

What could be better than Cheesecake Factory’s Giant Belgian Waffle? One with fried chicken.

This dish is a southern classic that’s slowly become more and more ubiquitous across the country.

Cheesecake Factory kicked things up a notch with their crispy and fluffy Belgian waffle with three pieces of chicken fried to perfection. The chicken is all-white-meat, juicy, with a perfectly crunchy crust.

This is the perfect brunch combo for anyone who likes sweet and savory together.

The chicken goes perfectly with the maple syrup, and the buttery waffle brings everything together.

These chicken and waffles will keep you full all day, but you’ll still keep coming back for more.

Buttermilk Pancakes

Nothing screams classic American brunch like a fluffy stack of buttermilk pancakes.

Cheesecake Factory’s version is a stack of four light and airy pancakes topped with the signature pat of butter and served with sweet and rich maple syrup.

These pancakes are great on their own, and some of the best of any breakfast chain I’ve tried.

If you’re looking for something a little more complicated, try the blueberry pancakes for a burst of tangy sweetness or ask about other toppings options.

There are plenty of blueberries spread through each layer, but they don’t change the flapjacks’ fluffy and light texture.

  1. The prices have become outrageous while the portions have become tiny and that includes the tiny slivers of cheesecake. They did away with the best crab cakes know to man and added pathetic crab bites that are never available. What happened to The Cheesecake Factory!
