Seasons 52 is a classy but casual restaurant with a floating menu that rotates with the season. They pride themselves on using seasonal ingredients to create their distinct and delicious dishes.

The Capital Grille, Seasons 52 Fresh Grill

If you have never been to a Seasons 52 or are curious about their menu, I’ve highlighted my favorite items on their menu that I know you’ll all love.

From delicate flatbreads to meaty entrees to vibrant salads, Seasons 52 has something to offer to everyone who walks in their doors. I especially love their fish entrees, as they prepare seafood with such care and exciting flavors that you often don’t find on menus.

Whether you’re craving a massive, meaty meal or something light and refreshing, Seasons 52 will satisfy your craving and offer excellent service at the same time.

Check out my list of the eight best Seasons 52 menu items so you know exactly what to order the next time you go.

Pesto Chicken and Mozzarella Flatbread

The Pesto Chicken and Mozzarella Flatbread is one of the tastiest items on the Seasons 52 menu.

It comes with balsamic Cipollini onions, wood-grilled red peppers, and arugula, all on a soft flatbread with the perfect crunchy crust.

The pesto chicken is by far the best part of this flatbread. The strips of chicken are juicy and have a bold basil flavor that works throughout the entire dish.

The flatbread is the ideal meal for a quick lunch or to share with friends as a dinner appetizer.

If you love the flavors of Tuscany in a convenient handheld food, you’re going to love this flatbread.

Wood-Grilled Boneless Rainbow Trout

The Wood-Grilled Boneless Rainbow Trout is not a common menu item, and Seasons 52 exemplifies what a delectable dish it can be.

This entree comes with a massive piece of white trout grilled to perfection.

The fish comes with french green beans, marble potatoes, and a dill-mustard sauce on the side, perfect for dipping the potatoes or the fish.

The wood-grilled fish has a deep, earthy flavor but maintains the light, fishy flavor of trout. The protein is flaky and thick, so every bite of fish is plump.

The potatoes are delicate and soft but packed with a salty flavor.

Sesame-Grilled Salmon Salad

Whoever says salads are boring hasn’t had the pleasure of tasting the flavorful Sesame-Grilled Salmon Salad from Seasons 52.

This bright and colorful salad has a tropical-inspired flavor that is perfect for a summer day, or a winter lunch if you want to drive away the winter blues.

The salad features organic greens, mango, jicama, lemongrass sauce, and a toasted sesame dressing drizzled on top.

The piece of salmon is a perfectly cooked medium, and because the fish has toasted sesame seeds, it takes on a unique, nutty flavor.

This salad is one of those meals that everyone in the restaurant turns their heads to look at when a server walks by holding the beautiful plate.

Wood-Grilled Dry-Rubbed Pork Chop

The Wood-Grilled Dry-Rubbed Pork Chop is an explosion of meaty and savory flavors that is near-perfect.

The dish comes with a grilled lemon-honey glaze, braised red cabbage, and golden raisins to create a colorful and stunning dish.

The red cabbage is a vibrant purple color and is a lovely complement to the pork chop as it balances out the meaty flavor with some acid.

If you are super hungry, this is one of the best entrees you can order at Seasons 52. The pork chop is massive and comes with the most beautiful char marks.

A squeeze of lemon over the pork elevates the dish’s flavor making it more refreshing and vibrant.

For all the pork lovers out there, this is the entree for you.

Roasted Tomato Flatbread

The Roasted Tomato Flatbread is a simple but delicious offering from Seasons 52.

The flatbread is well-seasoned and soft but perfectly chewy. The flatbread has fresh basil, plump and roasted tomatoes, and a gooey layer of cheese.

The flatbread is a great lunch option for someone who isn’t particularly hungry but still wants to try something from the Seasons 52 kitchen. The entire flatbread has a fresh, Italian flavor that comforts anyone.

This is one of the best menu items for kids starting to explore more complex flavors, but it is bold enough that adults love it too.

Seasons 52 may not be known for their pizza, but they certainly know how to make a yummy flatbread.

Wood-Grilled Filet Mignon

The Seasons 52 Wood-Grilled Filet Mignon does the ideal cut of meat justice in its fantastic but subtle flavor that doesn’t overwhelm the natural flavor of the meat.

The plate also has tasty sides such as roasted mushrooms, French green beans, Yukon mash, and a decadent red wine sauce.

The mashed potatoes are creamy and soft, and the beans are cooked to the perfect tender texture. This meal is a plate full of comforting flavors with a bold and zesty flavor at the end to keep you excited.

For the meat-loving folks, it’s hard to find a batter entree than this delicious twist on the famous cut of meat.

Caramelized Brussels Sprouts

Brussel sprouts were relegated to an ‘icky’ vegetable for decades.

But people have seen the light, and now they’re appreciated as one of the tastiest and most versatile vegetables.

And in this Seasons 52 Brussels sprout side dish, they show the exquisite flavor you can bring out in Brussels sprouts.

With applewood smoked bacon and a drizzle of a 15-year aged balsamic, this side dish may just steal the show.

The combination of briny bacon, bitter Brussels, and delectable balsamic makes for a salty and savory dish that isn’t overpowering.

Instead, it strikes the perfect balance between a healthy vegetable side and a rich and savory side dish

Ahi Tuna Tartare

Rare tuna isn’t for everyone, but you may be willing to give it a chance when you see this spectacular appetizer.

The Seasons 52 Ahi Tuna Tartare is a beautiful pink dish with a pastel green guacamole underneath.

The tuna is as fresh as can be and topped with fresh sprouts for a delicious and refreshing addition.

It also comes with sweet chunks of mango that highlight the light flavor of the fish. If you love sushi and seafood and have not had the opportunity to have a tartare, this is your sign to get one.

You’ll be amazed at the vibrant and distinct flavor of this special dish.

Seasons 52 is a wonderful restaurant to visit when you want a relaxed dining experience that doesn’t compromise on food or service. They have an extended collection of wines you can enjoy along with their magnificent meals.
