15 Restaurants with Private Dining in San Antonio

As a well-seasoned traveler, I enjoy cities that retain a small-town organic feel, and San Antonio, TX, despite its significant population, has that ambiance in spades. History is the backbone of this Spanish Mission city that traces its roots back to 1710 and retains a strong Hispanic influence, which is great because it means tacos and savory food flavor explosions. Why do people come to San Antonio? They come for the history, the affordability, and the mouthwatering food served on street corners and private, fine dining settings.

Because I’ve been places, I can slip from a cowboy-boot-wearing gal into a metropolitan, champagne flute balancing diva, hors d’oeuvre snacking person, instantly. However, when I think of San Antonio, I think big: steak. Fine dining, however, isn’t just about flavor, texture, ambiance, and company. It’s about service in private dining rooms catered for special occasions among friends.
