During my visit to El Paso, I tried their Spicy Scallop Roll, Imperial Roll, Matsu Roll, and Alaska Roll.
In addition, they host their hibachi lunch every weekday from 11AM to 3PM, so don’t miss out on their Hibachi Steak, Chicken, or Shrimp entrees with white or fried rice.

During my last few visits to El Paso, I started with their Squid Salad and Crab Rangoon and ordered their Rainbow Roll, Salmon & Tuna Sashimi, Eel Nigiri, and Las Vegas Roll with an Iced Tea.
I also recommended their Spicy Beef Teriyaki, Yakisoba, and Bulgogi to my friends since nothing from their sushi menu grabbed their attention.

In my opinion, Sarku Japan serves the best Salmon Avocado Roll, Salmon & Maki combo, Vegetarian Zen combo, and Red Bull Fusion Roll. However, if you prefer something else, try their Beef & Shrimp Teriyaki or Vegetable Soba with a side of Miso Soup.
