You’ll find more than just the Pi Pizzeria in the Central West End. You’ll find the famous Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis, the St. Louis Art Museum, and the St. Louis Zoo.

Rock Hill, Missouri, is a quaint suburban neighborhood in St. Louis County. It’s a part of the St. Louis metro area and home to all kinds of exciting things to see and do.
While you’re there, you might check out Katie’s Pizza & Pasta. I love Katie’s because of the fresh offering of pizza and pasta dishes that are exquisitely unique to Katie’s.
My favorite thing about Katie’s is the frozen pizza you can get to take home. They’re made in-house and designed to give you Katie’s experience in your own house.
Dewey’s Pizza

No matter where you are in St. Louis, you can almost certainly find a Dewey’s Pizza to meet your craving needs.
They have multiple locations throughout the city, which is one of the things that makes Dewey’s so excellent.
If you’re up in St. Charles or hanging out around Oakland, there’s a Dewey’s to ensure you get the pizza you need when you need it.
When you order from Dewey’s, you have to try the Elote. I love it for the fresh roasted corn and mozzarella. Of course, the fresh cilantro they throw on after it comes out of the oven is a definite bonus.

Pastaria is an excellent place to grab a pizza, especially after a long day exploring the Cascades, Art Hill, or the Turtle Playground at the free St. Louis Zoo.
While most places are closed on Sundays, Pastaria is open seven days a week. You can enjoy pizza, deli sandwiches, and a wine shop all in one place.
I loved their Roman pizza, featuring bacon, pecorino, chili, and mozzarella.

Situated in the heart of Forest Park Southeast, Pie Guys Pizza is the perfect local spot to meet some friends, grab a bite, and enjoy some of the fun sights St. Louis offers.
I wasn’t disappointed when I stopped by. You aren’t too far from the St. Louis Zoo, the Missouri Botanical Gardens, Tower Grove, or the famous St. Louis Wheel at Pie Guys Pizza.
The pizza menu is absolutely to die for at Pie Guys Pizza. Start with the Garlic Knots with house marinara sauce; you won’t regret it.
Follow that up with a pizza built from scratch, filled with all your favorite toppings. I always ask for extra basil.

On Chouteau Avenue in St. Louis, you’ll find an exciting and inventive little pizza shop filled with original recipes and pizza brilliance that you can’t find anywhere else.
You can add a salad if you want, but you don’t have to. You’re close to the Illinois state line at PW Pizza, which means you’re close to a fantastic view of the Mississippi River.
After a lovely walk along the waterfront, you can stop by for a delicious piece of pizza. Start with the delightful Creamery Goat Cheese. It’s the perfect way to open your experience.
If you’re interested in a calzone, the Shrimpy is my favorite. But if pizza is the reason you stopped by, the Gimmie the Greek is delicious and tastes healthy!

St. Louis is full of fun things to do, especially in the Forest Park Southeast area. The Steinberg Skating Rink is a local favorite if you’re there in the winter. The St. Louis Science Center is a great place to spend the day at any time of year.
After you’re done exploring, you’ll want a delicious meal to re-energize you and whoever might be exploring with you.
Head on over to the Union Loafers Café and Bread Bakery. You can get more than just pizza if you’re interested, but I came for the pizza and was not disappointed.
When all else fails, you could always go with the classic. I love the Pepperoni with calabrian chilis.

Basso is more than just a delightful pizza spot. It has a whole atmosphere of excellence and class that you can’t beat.

It has an old-world feel that’s unique to this specific location. It’s also next door to the St. Louis Zoo, making it a great place to stop after a day of visiting the animals.
I loved the Mushroom and Truffle pizza with duck egg, parsley, cremini, and shiitake mushrooms. The roasted garlic sauce is an excellent addition that makes the flavor pop in your mouth.

When you want authentic Italian cooking, Louie is the place to be. Situated in Clayton, close to all your favorite St. Louis attractions, Louie is the perfect place to enjoy a bite to eat while exploring the city.
I recommended coming hungry because the whole menu is a masterpiece. You need to start with the Brussels Sprouts, which have a delightful lemon taste.
You can also add some White Bean Hummus if you need extra. You’ll have to choose between the Verde and the Margherita when you order your pizza.
I like the Margherita best because nothing beats that basil flavor. But the ricotta and provolone on the Verde pizza are delicious as well!
