When I stepped foot into Guard and Grace right across from the Hilton Denver City Center, I was pleasantly surprised by the airy space and bright interior design. It definitely wasn’t like any other upscale steakhouse I had ever been to before, and I welcomed the change along with the large windows, bold wall art, and booth and bar seating. Plus, Guard and Grace offers spacious private rooms to accommodate large parties, special occasions, and other get-togethers. As a fine-dining steakhouse, you can’t go wrong with the filet mignon or dry-aged ribeye. However, if you’re a seafood fan like myself, you have to try the brown butter roasted halibut, served with a Thai carrot broth, baby vegetables, and confit peanut.
