Floor 13 Rooftop Bar in Phoenix is conveniently located right in the heart of downtown, near Chase Field and the Arizona Science Center.

The bar includes a lounge area, a covered and enclosed bar to help you beat the heat, and an aesthetic firepit to warm up those cold desert nights.

Floor 13 offers small plates, handcrafted cocktails, wine, and beer. While you can always order an old reliable drink, I recommend trying the Fatal Figures cocktail from the bars cocktail menu.

From The Rooftop is another bar located in the middle of downtown Phoenix. The bar is located inside the Cambria Hotel Downtown Phoenix Convention Center, near the Japanese Friendship Garden and the popular brunch spot Breakfast Bitch.

The bar serves crafted cocktails with snacks and classy small plates. If it’s your first time at Lustre or the Hotel Palomar, make sure to dress appropriately.

Their stylish bar is set up poolside, making relaxation that much easier to achieve. I recommend trying the bar’s famous waffle bites with duck ham and preserves.

Outrider offers handcrafted cocktails poolside, and you can rent a private cabana if you’re looking for a more personal experience. I loved trying their Riviera Punch!

The Cottontail lounge is one of the most deluxe locations on our list and does have a strict dress code for diners. The Cottontail offers cocktails, bottle service, a live DJ, and an energetic and cool atmosphere.

Whether you book a VIP table or stop by after dinner in the hotel, I recommend trying the Vida Margarita and the delicious tempura vegetables.

Rockbar Inc is a rooftop bar dedicated to being a space for live local and national artists to play while locals and travelers enjoy the laid-back atmosphere and pool tables. The aptly named bar has a nightlife, punk rock type of vibe, with stylish seating areas and beer.

Rockbar is a great place to get classic bar bites while watching the game or checking out the local rock talent. I recommend the baked honey wings!

The Grapevine serves handmade cocktails, beers, and a full menu that includes Lahvosh and desserts.

Whether it’s your first time at The Grapevine or your fifth, I recommend trying the tasty Mexican Kamikaze Martini and the Louisiana Lavosh. Don’t forget to belt out some karaoke on your visit!

I loved the rum-based Actions Speak Louder than Words cocktail. Upstairs At Flint is located near the Arizona Biltmore Estates and the Biltmore fashion park.

The bar serves small snacks and sandwiches and is above the trendy, upscale restaurant Flint by Baltaire.

The Attic Ale House also serves brunch on the weekends, and I couldn’t get enough of the mimosa flight, with eight different fruit flavors to choose from. I recommend the Attic Ale House if you’re looking for a more casual rooftop bar.

The wine at Orange Sky is award-winning, and the lounge also serves up curated cocktails and chef-prepared meals using local and sustainable ingredients and produce. I recommend trying this spot on the weekends when they have live music!
