  1. Noir. Great Italian food deliciously prepared but won’t break the bank. Staff is amazing. Has a great bar, too. My favorite restaurant for entertaining my friends and family that do not live in South Philly. Always impresses. On Passyunk Avenue, the Avenue for Foodies.
