There’s no denying that Philadelphia has a great selection of restaurants and bars to try. But after going to the same bars for a while, it can get pretty monotonous to spend the weekend doing the same thing. One way to spice up your nights out is by visiting a karaoke bar. With so many options to choose from it can be hard to find the perfect karaoke bar for you. That’s why I’ve put together a list of my favorite karaoke bars in town.
Whether you just want a place to grab some drinks and sing or are looking for a spot to grab a meal too, there’s bound to a spot for you on this list. Keep reading to learn a bit about each bar and the atmosphere at each location!

Looking for the perfect spot for a celebration? Check out Lair KTV. This local karaoke bar offers a wide variety of private rooms that you can rent out for a birthday, bachelorette, holiday, or any other party.
Lair KTV’s rooms range from small, to medium, to large sizes, so however big your party is, there’s a spot for you. They also have a large lounge and a bar, so you can grab a few drinks too. Be sure to check out their rates on their website!

If you’re hoping to have some fun with karaoke in Philadelphia, but also want a spot to grab some food, head over to Yakitori Boy. This two-level bar and grill offers dining on the first floor and karaoke on the second, so you can have the best of both worlds in one place.
Yakitori Boy offers a wide variety of Japanese cuisine to choose from as well as cocktails, beer, and more. Once you’re done eating, head up to the karaoke rooms. Much like the last spot on this list, Tango offers delicious food downstairs and nightlife fun upstairs. This spot serves pan-Asian cuisine like stir-fry, small plates, and more. They also serves cocktails and other drinks, of course.
Choose from appetizers like tango fries or crab rangoons, or entrees like stir-fry noodles to find your new favorite dish. Be sure to also grab a drink like beer, wine, or sake to complete your meal. And of course, take advantage of the karaoke bar after you eat!
