You can make your pie with toppings like pepperoni, artichokes, anchovies, jalapeños, bacon, pineapples, and ricotta, to name a few! Try the vegan and vegetarian pizzas too!

Located by the 57th Street Metro, PizzArte is an Italian restaurant that serves wood-fired pies and traditional Neapolitan dishes. The building is two stories, and the walls are covered with modern art available for sale. The restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily.

I enjoyed the Quattro Gusti and the Eduardo pizzas. The menu includes gluten-free pizzas; the Toto was my favorite with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and roasted seasonal vegetables. I also enjoyed the restaurant’s gourmet pizza—the Mortadella pie is delicious with mozzarella, ricotta, Mortadella ham, and Sicilian pistachio.

I enjoyed the Caramelized Pizza with mozzarella, caramelized onion, and Gorgonzola cheese. The pepperoni pizza and arugula parmesan pizzas are delicious. The pizzas can be served by the slice or by square pizzas ranging from medium, large, to extra large. Stop by today!

The pizzeria is located across from the Times Square 42nd Street metro. Pino “Joe” Pozzuoli immigrated to the from Naples, Italy in the 1950s and opened his pizzeria in the 1970s.

The pizzeria prides itself in serving no-frills, delicious New York-style pizza. My favorite bite was the classic cheese. I also enjoyed the ability to create your own pizza from a list of toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, and peppers. Enjoy one of the imported Coca-Colas made with natural cane sugar.

99 Cent Fresh Pizza offers slices over the counter in a “no-frills, all pizza” atmosphere. The restaurant is open daily until at least 4:00 a.m. Since 2001, 99 Cent Fresh Pizza has been offering up pies via pickup or delivery. It is one of the best takeout pizza shops in Midtown.

You cannot go wrong with the $1 cheese pizza slice! But the menu includes other low-cost slice options like pepperoni, black olive, pineapple, sausage, and jalapeno. Notably, an eighteen-inch cheese pie is only eight dollars! I would also recommend the meat lover’s pie with cheese, pepperoni, sausage, ham, and chicken.

I enjoyed the White Pizza with ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Other popular menu items include the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, the Pepperoni Pizza, and the Grandma Pizza. I’d also recommend the spinach calzone, the fettuccini alfredo, and the chicken marsala. All menu items are available for delivery!

In addition to the famous classic slice, I enjoyed the lasagna pizza slice with ricotta cheese and ground beef. The Bianca pizza is sauceless and is topped with three kinds of cheese; it is tasty! Interestingly, the side of fries is crispy and makes a great addition to your meal.

The menu is extensive, so if you are not interested in pizza, I recommend ordering the pasta primavera or the penne arrabbiata. Don’t skip a glass of merlot or pinot grigio!

Kiss My Slice opened in 2013 in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. The restaurant bakes thin crust-style pizzas. The large blue and red pizza signage make the pizzeria entrance evident to all who pass by. The restaurant is across from the Times Center. The quippy name is an indication of the exciting dining atmosphere.

I enjoyed the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza and the Loaded Baked Potato Pizza with bacon, cheddar, sour cream, and scallions. The Eggplant Parmesan Platter with garlic knots is tasty. The cheese calzone is a great meal; I also enjoyed the Everything Pie with peppers, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, and bacon.
