First up on our list of the best happy hour spots in Times Square is Havana Central Times Square, a lively Cuban restaurant and bar that we absolutely love to go to when we’re feeling thirsty and we’re looking for good deals on drinks in New York City. You can find Havana Central Times Square off of West 46th Street, just a couple of blocks east from the New York Marriot Marquis 4-star hotel and the Minskoff Theatre, so it’s a perfect spot for anyone staying at the Marriot or catching a Broadway show. Happy hour here is from 4:00PM to 7:00PM, Monday through Friday, where you can get $7 tropical drinks like mojitos, margaritas, caipirinhas, sangria, as well as $7 house wines and well spirits, and $5 beers.

Next up is The Rum House and you can find them off of West 47th Street, inside the Hotel Edison 4-star hotel, and we think they are one of the best places to go for happy hour in Times Square, if you ask us. This place is a pirate’s dream come true; The Rum House is one of the best cocktail bars in New York City for anyone with a predilection towards rum, but they offer all sorts of unique hand-crafted cocktails and spirits made with other liquors that you’re sure to love. Happy hour kicks off at The Rum House at 4:00PM and only goes until 6:00PM, so make sure to get here early to take full advantage of their awesome drink deals.

Dos Caminos is a Mexican restaurant off of Broadway Avenue on the first floor of the West New York Times Square 4-star hotel and they are one of the best happy hour spots within walking distance of Times Square. When we think of the best places to get drinks near Times Square in the Theater District, we always think of Dos Caminos because of their enormous selection of 120 premium tequilas and their massive 40-seat mezcal and margarita bar. Come here Monday through Friday, from 3:00PM to 6:00PM and from 9:00PM to close in their bar and lounge areas for $5 and $6 beers, $7 wine, $8 margaritas, and $10 tasting flights of staff-favorite tequilas!

The Long Acre Tavern is one of the best places to go for happy hour near Times Square because they have some of the best deals on drinks in NYC, in our opinion, as well as a fantastic atmosphere. Come in for happy hour from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, Monday through Friday, and from 12:00AM to 4:00AM every night, so there’s plenty of time to satisfy your thirst here at The Long Acre. Happy hour deals include $5 bottles of beer and $6 draft beers, $7 house wines, and various liquors like Jim Bean Bourbon and Absolut Vodka for only $7 each.

If you want the best happy hour deals in Times Square, then you have to head to the R Lounge located right in the heart of the action in the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel, right across the street from Hershey’s Chocolate World and M&M’s World. This restaurant has one of the best views of Times Square that we’ve ever seen, and the floor-to-ceiling windows give the place an unbelievable ambiance. They have hundreds of beers, wines, liquors, and masterfully crafted cocktails to choose from here at this massive cocktail lounge, but the atmosphere is, by far, the most intoxicating aspect.

Up next is Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and we feel that they have one of the best happy hours in Times Square for drinks like margaritas and Coronaritas, especially. Look for Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. off of Broadway Avenue, right next to the Hard Rock Café in the Paramount Building, just a couple of minutes walking distance from Times Square. We really love their mix-your-own margarita option here at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. where you can choose which tequila, flavor, and rim your margarita has, along with the option to add a Corona and make it a Coronarita.

Bond 45 is an upscale Italian trattoria that you’ll find off of West 46th Street, directly across the street from the Marquis Theatre and the New York Marriot Marquis 4-star hotel, and we consider them to be one of the best happy hour spots in Times Square. They only have a late-night happy hour here at Bond 45, and when we’re in New York City, late-night is the way we like it. They have plenty of craft beers and premium wines to choose from, but what we really find special about Bond 45 is their absolutely massive selection of unique cocktails that each have their own distinct flavor profile.

Lastly, Tender Steak and Sushi is located on the first floor of the Sanctuary Hotel New York and they are one of the best happy hour restaurants near Times Square, in our opinion. Head to the Tender Lounge here at Tender Steak and Sushi where happy hour is from 6:00PM to 9:00PM, Monday through Friday, and from 5:00PM to 8:00PM on Saturdays. Happy hour drink deals include $6 beers, $10 vodka mixed drinks, $10 prosecco, $10 wines, and $9 appetizers.
