Centrally located between Larchmont and Pelham, Posto 22 is close to the New Rochelle train station. The restaurant has a classy interior with stylish lighting and exposed brick walls.
The setting is intimate and warm, and it’s perfect for family gatherings or date nights. Having become a staple in the community, you can expect to get treated like family as soon as you come through the doors.
The staff is helpful, making suggestions about food and wine pairings; they have daily specials and signature cocktails.
The food is flavorful, and you feel that they make everything from scratch, which is a hallmark of Italian cuisine.
My favorite dishes were the Gnocchi, Chicken Marsala, and Penne Alla Vodka. I highly recommend you give them a shot!

I love going there because it’s a modest storefront, but the flavors are anything but. You get huge plates of proteins like grilled salmon, jerk chicken, oxtails, and more, over traditional rice, dirty rice, grilled veggies, etc.
I’m never disappointed after a trip to Smoke & Spice, but I’m always full! They have sodas, water, other beverages, and yummy desserts like their banana pudding.
One of the most popular items to order is the fall-off-the-bone tender ribs with their special homemade sauce. It’s addictive!
