I was recently in Minneapolis, and I had a craving for seafood.

I went on a mission to find the best seafood restaurants.

During this journey, I tried every fish imaginable.

If you’re ever in Minneapolis, you have to try the seafood. Some excellent seafood restaurants will satisfy your cravings.

You can find Sea Salt in the heart of Minnehaha Regional Park.

It is the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat after exploring the beautiful waterfalls.

I ordered the fried shrimp basket, and it was so good!

The shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

It came with a delicious lemon coleslaw and a side of melon.

The staff was amicable, and the ambiance was casual and relaxed.

This restaurant is the perfect place to go if you’re looking for an everyday dining experience.


Smack Shack

This area is known for its excellent restaurants and bars.

I ordered the lobster roll, and it did not disappoint!

The lobster is tender and buttery, and the roll was nice and fluffy.

It came with a side of chips and a pickle. I would recommend ordering this dish.

The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to explain the menu and ensure I was happy with my meal.

I would come back to talk to the staff again.

I ordered the fish and chips, which were some of the best I’ve ever had!

The fish was flaky and tender, and the chips were crispy and salty.

I would recommend ordering this dish. Alternatively, you could eat the Champagne Mussels.

I encourage you to get here for happy hour and enjoy the rooftop bar. It has a great view of the city.

This neighborhood is known for its nightlife and restaurants.

Cajun Boiling is a great place to go before a night out with friends. I ordered the shrimp boil, and it was fantastic!

The shrimp is excellent, and the seasoning was spot on.

It came with a side of corn and potatoes.

I would recommend ordering this dish. The shrimp po boys are also excellent.

The staff is energizing and outgoing, makes you feel welcome and ensures you are having a good time.

This neighborhood is known for its breweries and bars.

Before heading to the breweries for some beers, it’s the perfect place to go.

I ordered the Connecticut Roll and the Lobster Poutine, which were delicious!

The lobster was tender and juicy, and the fries were crispy and had the perfect amount of seasoning.

I would recommend ordering these dishes.

Clam chowder is also a great option if you want something lighter.

The staff was engaging and friendly and checked on me several times.

I was impressed with the quality of the customer service.

Kyatchi is the perfect place to go for a casual dining experience. Kyatchi prides itself on serving sustainable sushi.

I ordered the salmon poke bowl, and it was excellent!

The tuna was fresh and perfectly seasoned. It came with a side of rice.

I also recommend the Negihama.

All the sushi rolls here are perfectly crafted, and you will remember eating them.

The staff is familiar with the menu and can explain where the seafood comes from.

I was impressed by how well the team knew the food items and the supply chain.

McCormick & Schmick’s is a great place for a special occasion.

I ordered the crab legs, and it was fantastic!

The crab legs are meaty and tender and served with seasoned lemon butter.

It came with a side of chips.

I would recommend ordering this dish. The seafood chowder is also excellent.

The staff was attentive and polite, and they made sure I had everything I needed and that I was enjoying my meal.

Monello is a great place to go for a date with that special someone.

I ordered the Bucatini all’ Amatriciana and the Halibut with Carrot puree.

Both dishes were delicious! The pasta sauce was flavorful, and the halibut was tender. I would recommend ordering both of these dishes.

I enjoyed interacting with the staff because they were attentive and polite.

The staff accommodated some of the special requests that I made.

This is the perfect restaurant for a date night or special celebration.

The Oceanaire is the perfect place to stop after you have done some shopping downtown or have finished exploring the downtown area.

I ordered the mahi-mahi, and it was amazing!

I would recommend ordering this dish. The Oceanaire is also known for its oysters, so be sure to order some of them!

The staff was fun to talk to.

The restaurant’s ambiance was upscale and perfect for a classy evening meal.

Wings & Seafood To Go is an excellent place if you’re looking for some good take-out food.

I ordered the shrimp basket, and it was great!

The shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the basket came with a side of fries. I would recommend ordering this dish.

I also recommend ordering the wings. They are some of the best chicken wings in Minneapolis.

I was impressed with the staff because of how hard working they were.

There were a lot of people ordering the food, but the team made sure that everyone got their food promptly.

I ordered the sea bass with rice and vegetables.

The bass is flakey and seasoned with lemon and dill, and I would recommend the rice and vegetables as a side dish.
