Beneath White Castle’s signature bakery-made bun, the 1921 Slider boasts a sizzling, seasoned 100% beef patty, crowned with caramelized grilled onions, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, a duo of pickles, and a slice of fiery ghost pepper cheese.
Drawing inspiration from White Castle’s inaugural hamburger back in 1921, the 1921 Slider secured a permanent spot on the menu in April 2021.
The ghost pepper cheese variant made its debut as a limited-time option in 2022 and quickly captured the hearts of Cravers.
The ghost pepper cheese is also available to enhance any slider on the menu. Grab the 1921 Slider with ghost pepper cheese between April 10 and June 18, or while supplies last.
