Cheesy Street Chalupas Make Their Debut at Taco Bell This Summer

Taco Bell is turning heads with the introduction of its new Cheesy Street Chalupas, available nationwide starting July 18, 2024. This exciting menu addition combines the familiar taste of street tacos with Taco Bell’s unique twist. These chalupas are designed to capture the essence of street food with a modern flair.

The Cheesy Street Chalupas feature a distinctive chalupa shell stuffed with a blend of melted mozzarella and pepperjack cheeses. Each chalupa is filled with either slow-roasted Cantina chicken or grilled, marinated steak, and topped with fresh onions, cilantro, and a creamy Jalapeño Ranch sauce. This combination brings together traditional street taco ingredients in a new way.

For those looking to try these new chalupas, Taco Bell is offering a special deal through its app. From August 1 to August 4, customers can get a free order of Cheesy Street Chalupas with a purchase of $25 or more on delivery orders placed through the Taco Bell App. Additionally, from July 18 to July 24, DashPass members can enjoy $8 off orders of $25 or more that include the Cheesy Street Chalupas. After this promotion period, the chalupas will be available on popular delivery platforms like DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, and Grubhub for a limited time.

The Cheesy Street Chalupas are inspired by the classic street taco and build upon Taco Bell’s legacy of innovative menu items. This new offering is a tribute to the rich tradition of street food, bringing a familiar taste to Taco Bell’s fans in a fresh format. It follows the success of the Quesalupa, a previous spin on the chalupa that was well-received when it first launched in 2016.

With the introduction of the Cheesy Street Chalupas, Taco Bell continues to blend its innovative approach with respect for culinary traditions. Fans are encouraged to try the new chalupas and take advantage of the special promotions during this limited-time offering.
