Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings is bringing an exciting twist to their summer menu with the introduction of Mike’s Hot Honey & Burrata dishes. This limited-time menu is sure to delight fans of sweet and spicy flavors, combining high-quality ingredients with a unique taste that stands out.

Anthony’s has seen great success with their previous Mike’s Hot Honey items, which have become permanent fixtures on their menu. This summer, they’re expanding the offerings with new dishes that blend the familiar hot honey taste with classic Italian flavors.

One of the standout items is the Mike’s Hot Honey & Burrata Pizza. This pizza features Italian plum tomato sauce, fresh burrata cheese, red onions, and prosciutto, all topped with basil and a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey and balsamic glaze. Another new addition is the Burrata & Prosciutto Sandwich, which includes fresh burrata, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, arugula, balsamic glaze, and homemade Italian dressing.

For those looking for a refreshing drink, the Mike’s Hot Honey Margarita is back. This cocktail blends El Tesoro tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, and Mike’s Hot Honey, finished with a lime garnish. Additionally, Anthony’s has added the Burrata & Prosciutto Spaghetti to the menu. This dish includes spaghetti with crispy prosciutto and fresh burrata in a tomato sauce, garnished with a basil flower.

For dessert lovers, the new addition to the summer menu is the Strawberry 2-Layer Cake. This delightful treat features moist, buttery cake layers topped with creamy cream cheese icing and a fresh strawberry glaze.
