Grato is the first place I want to mention on my list of amazing places to eat in the city. This place is incredible in every way, especially the food. They specialize in Italian fare and it all tastes homemade.
This family-run establishment is located off of South Dixie Highway, just south of the Norton Museum of Art.
When you get here, I suggest trying one of their classic pasta dishes like lasagna or bolognese.
Of course, they have tons of other tasty entrees to choose from. Just don’t forget to start with a glass of wine in true Italian fashion.
Buccan
350 S County Rd, Palm Beach, FL 33480

This next place is called Buccan and this wonderful restaurant actually takes its influence from all over the world, serving up small plates of simply delectable cuisine. If you’re looking to try something out of the ordinary, this place is for you.
When I went to Buccan, I had the pleasure of trying the short rib empanadas and the duck n’ waffle.
These were some of the most flavorful and unique dishes I’ve ever tasted and I will surely be coming back to try more.
Look for Buccan off of South County Road near the Palm Beach Memorial Fountain.
Okeechobee Steak House

The next place I want to mention is called Okeechobee Steak House and this one is a real treat.
If you want to treat yourself to a big, juicy steak that’s been cooked to perfection, this is where you go in West Palm Beach.
Okeechobee Steak House specializes in steak, of course, but that’s not all you can get. However, it’s probably the only thing I ever order from here.
I prefer the porterhouse because it really is the king of steaks, in my opinion. Each one of their steaks is USDA Prime, so it’s the highest quality possible.
Agora Mediterranean Kitchen
2505 N Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33407

Not far from the beautiful Currie Park in the Pleasant City neighborhood is a fantastic restaurant called Agora Mediterranean Kitchen. I think you’re going to love this place just as much as I do.
Agora specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, and they certainly know what they’re doing in that department.
The focus is actually on Turkish fare, so it’s a very interesting place to visit if you’ve never had that type of food before.
I always recommend the gyro platter, but there are so many great options that it’s hard to choose sometimes. The grilled octopus is also superb.
Kitchen
319 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33405

This next place is simply called Kitchen and it’s an American restaurant that’s prepared to blow your mind when you come here to eat. I love coming here and I try to pay them a visit as often as I can.
Kitchen is phenomenal in every way, but what really gets me is that all of their dishes are so unique.
I had the sauteed fish consisting of the daily catch when I went here, but the menu is always changing so you never know what you might find when you pop in.
Check out Kitchen off of Belvedere Road near the Soutland Park neighborhood, just east of the Publix Super Market at Belmart Plaza.
Hullabaloo
517 Clematis St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401

For this next place, we’re going to head to Downtown West Palm Beach in search of Hullabaloo. This gastropub is always a fun destination for a Friday or Saturday night out on the town.
There are so many things to do nearby that coming to Hullabaloo is always pretty convenient if you’re in the area. It’s located off of Clematis Street, just west of the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach.
When you decide to go here, I recommend coming for breakfast for sure. I love their breakfast menu, especially the breakfast pizza and the fried egg sandwich.
Leila Restaurant
120 S Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33401
Phone: 561-659-7373

Next up is Leila Restaurant and anyone that’s been here before will understand why I simply had to include it on my list.
I love Leila Restaurant because it’s a fantastic place to eat Middle Eastern cuisine which can be hard to find sometimes.
Leila Restaurant is located off of South Dixie Highway near West Palm Beach Escape Rooms and the Meyer Amphitheater. It’s perfect for a delightful dinner after a day nearby at the park.
Definitely check out the lamb kebab or the grilled shrimp. Either one is sure to please. Don’t forget the weekend bellydancing shows!
Galley
600 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401
Phone: 561-231-6100

Galley is up next and I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I did during my experience here.
You can find it inside the Hilton West Palm Beach on Okeechobee Boulevard, right across from The Square shopping mall. It’s the perfect place to take a break from your shopping spree and grab a bite to eat.
Even if you’re not staying at the resort, this place is worth coming to for dinner. I recommend the ceviche to start things off with, and then you should think about trying the New York strip steak.
Avocado Grill
125 Datura St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401
Phone: 561-623-0822
Visit Website
This next place that I want to mention is called Avocado Gril. This place had everything I was looking for when I visited them. I always try to come here for brunch because it literally never disappoints.
Avocado Grill serves up an incredible brunch menu filled with all the favorites. They even have a brunch cocktail of the day which really spoke to me on a spiritual level to let me know that I had found my new brunch home.
Check this place out off of Datura Street, right across from the Meyer Amphitheater.
City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill
700 S Rosemary Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33401

Right inside The Square shopping mall off os South Rosemary Avenue is an amazing restaurant called City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill. This place never lets me down and they definitely won’t let you down, either.
City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill is all about Mediterranean fare served up in an elegant environment.
The atmosphere is one of my favorite features, but even that pales in comparison to the beauty of the delicacies on the menu.
I recommend trying some of their handmade pasta. My favorite is the rigatoni bolognese, but they have plenty of other tasty treats.
Cafe Sapori
205 Southern Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33405
Phone: 561-805-7313
Visit Website
Finally, I want to mention Cafe Sapori. You’re definitely going to want to head here when you’re in the mood for Italian food that beats all the others.
Cafe Sapori has all the favorites that we know and love, but they also serve up some of their own specialties.
I highly recommend starting your experience with some tapas, but for an entree, you should try either the veal milanese or the oso buco con risotto.
This place never disappoints. Check them out off of Southern Boulevard, just before the bridge to Bingham Island Audubon Preserve.
Final Thoughts
Hopefully, now you’ll be able to enjoy your time in West Palm Beach as much as I did. These restaurants will even have you thinking about when you can come back to try that other thing that looked good on the menu.
