Taking the number one spot on my list is a place called Fancy Q Japanese And Thai Restaurant. I really love eating here because it’s a delightful combination of two incredible cuisines.
They serve some of the freshest sushi in Daytona Beach, easily. They have all the classic sushi rolls you can think of, as well as plenty of unique specialty rolls to choose from. If you prefer sashimi, then they’ve got you covered, too. I recommend one of the Chef’s Choice entrees because they come with soup and a salad for a great deal.

When you get to ICHI NI SAN, I recommend going for one of their tasty boba milk tea drinks. For sushi, definitely give the menu a good look because they have a lot of options for classic rolls, both raw and cooked. Personally, I like their tempura roll the best.
Cafe Du Japon
306 Seabreeze Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32118
Phone: 386-262-2676
This next place, Cafe Du Japon, is a charming little Japanese cafe that I think is absolutely one of the best places to get sushi near Daytona Beach. I always go here after a day at the beach, or if I’m staying down the road at The Plaza Resort & Spa.
Definitely check out the specials written on the dry-erase board when you walk in Cafe Du Japon because that’ll give you a good idea of what the daily deals are. I recommend an order of spring rolls to start before moving into some sushi.
My favorite sushi rolls to get from here are the California roll and the spicy tuna roll. Both of those mouth-watering rolls and some sake are the ultimate ingredients to a great sushi dinner.

Right around the corner from Riverside Park on West International Speedway Boulevard is one of Daytona’s most fantastic sushi restaurants that I think you’re going to love just as much as I did. It’s called Ronin Sushi & Bar and they’re one of the more upscale places on this list, perfect for a romantic dinner.
I love starting with a seaweed salad to prime my appetite when I come to Ronin. After that, and maybe a cup of sake, I recommend trying a few pieces of the nigiri or sashimi. My favorites are tuna, salmon, scallops, and octopus, but they’re all terrific really.
Wild Ginger

Wild Ginger is up next and they are a must-visit destination for anyone in the mood for Asian Fusion cuisine with some of the most unique specialty sushi rolls I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting.
I recommend trying the Fire Island Roll which comes with spicy tuna, spicy yellowtail, and spicy salmon inside with a crunch, topped with hot sauce and fish eggs. It’s a fiery roll that will tingle your taste buds in the best way possible.
Check out Wild Ginger on Cornerstone Boulevard in Tomoka Town Center, right near the Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach. If you’re out shopping in Daytona, it’s the perfect place to eat!

This place is laid-back and fun with a great ambiance, perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
The Alaska roll, eel roll, and New York roll are probably my top 3 favorite sushi rolls to order from Sushi King, but you might also like the vegetable roll and the avocado roll, as well. No matter what you order, you’re most likely going to enjoy it here.

You definitely have to try the dragon roll and the volcano roll here at Hibachi Grill, in my opinion. I also enjoy the spicy krab roll when I want a little bit of heat.

That’s right, this place is so great that you can come here for both an incredible sushi and steakhouse experience all in one!
I recommend a Mexican roll and the Alaskan roll, as far as sushi goes. I also really enjoyed the hibachi experience because you can have steak and scallops for a little bit of surf n’ turf with a Japanese twist.

P.F. Chang’s is a well-known and loved name in the Asian cuisine scene of Daytona Beach, as well as in other cities, and for very good reasons. The menu here features every kind of food you could want, including an extensive sushi selection.
I highly recommend a kung pao dragon roll and a dynamite roll to get your sushi fix here at P.F. Chang’s, but they have plenty of other delicious sushi options on their massive menu.
Check out P.F. Chang’s inside the Shoppes at ONE DAYTONA shopping mall, right near GameTime Daytona and the CMX Daytona Luxury 12 movie theater that used to be Cobb Theatres.
Final Thoughts
Daytona’s greatest attraction, for me, is always going to be the food, and I hope this gives you a bit of an idea as to why I feel that way. No matter what cuisine you want, you can find it in this beautiful coastal city, and sushi is only the beginning.
