Conveniently nearby the well-respected SOBO Art Gallery, Market to Table is well worth a visit (or two). It’s found within the Roper Garden Building in the historic downtown Winter Garden.

As indicated by its name, this restaurant is all about fresh and local ingredients. Market to Table has a seasonal menu, so it’s full of delicious surprises. And

Visit Market to Table for dinner or a weekend brunch. No matter which meal you choose, you’ll be thrilled by the menu.

When I went to Market to Table for dinner, I ordered the Filet Mignon as my entree. For the appetizer beforehand, I went with the Shrimp Cocktail.

Whether you crave pizza or other dishes in Italian cuisine, the Winter Garden Pizza Company is a great restaurant to visit. This local eating spot prides itself on using supremely fresh ingredients to create its tasty creations.

Winter Garden Pizza Company serves pizza, including pizza by the slice, as well as other entrees and sandwiches. Starters, salads, and desserts are also on offer. If you’re a vegan, you will love the vegan pizza here.

I heard locals praise the pizza here and headed over for a meal, and I wasn’t disappointed. I went back the next day for lunch, and I went with the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. This tempting sandwich includes fried breaded chicken with mozzarella and marinara.


Chef’s Table

Chef’s Table, also known as Chef’s Table at the Edgewater, is located at the Edgewater Hotel, a B&B-style establishment. Chef’s Table is a small restaurant, but it takes pride in its fine dining cuisine. It specializes in New American cuisine.

This restaurant has a selective menu, but the options are exciting. In my opinion, the Pan-Seared Lamb Rack is the most impressive dish.

It includes crispy shallow, Swiss chard, blood orange gastrique, and carrot risotto. In short, it’s delicious.

One feature of the Chef’s Table menu is how it offers wine pairing suggestions beneath each item. This makes the entire dining experience effortless, even if you’ve never paired wine with fine cuisine before.


Cariera’s Fresh Italian

If traditional Italian food made from beloved family recipes is what you crave, check out Cariera’s Fresh Italian. You always feel welcome here, and that was the first thing I noticed (and appreciated) when I stepped in.

Some of Cariera’s Fresh Italian’s most popular dishes are the Lasagna, Cannoli, and Cheese Ravioli. I ordered the Lasagna, which is a deliciously traditional lasagna dish with beef. For a salad, I went with the Mediterranean Caesar Salad.

Cariera’s Fresh Italian offers a casual and comfortable atmosphere. Make sure to drop by during your Winter Garden adventures. This eating spot offers lunch as well as dinner, so maybe go more than once.


Urban on Plant Kitchen & Bar

A well-known Winter Garden destination for sports fans, Urban on Plant Kitchen & Bar always has sports events playing on its bar TV. As well as its sports bar qualities, this fun spot offers American cuisine with a twist. Creativity is top of mind here.

Urban on Plant Kitchen & Bar is a great place to go with friends or family for dinner. With its casual atmosphere and friendly staff, this is the perfect place to unwind with a beer or cocktail and some tasty treats.

This restaurant prides itself on using fresh and delicious ingredients, often sourcing from local producers. Urban on Plant Kitchen & Bar takes pride in its community, and it’s certainly a Winter Garden restaurant I recommend.

Thai Blossom is the place to go if you’re looking for authentic Thai dishes in Winter Garden. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff is also friendly and welcoming. Whether you love hot spices or milder flavors are your preference, Thai Blossom Restaurant has something for you.

This Thai restaurant has a convenient downtown location, within the iconic Edgewater Hotel. It’s on the bottom floor of that historic building.

When I went to Thai Blossom Restaurant for dinner, I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken. This fantastic dish features chicken sauteed in Thai Blossom’s twist on Teriyaki sauce. It comes along with healthy steamed veggies.


MoonCricket Grille

With a decor that’s a perfect mix between a classic bar and industrial, MoonCricket Grill is fun and friendly. The beer offerings here are great, and they’re the perfect accompaniment for lunch or dinner.

MoonCricket Grille has a surprisingly extensive menu, with all the available starters, salads, sides, and entrees. I love the burgers here, and my favorite is the bacon cheeseburger.

It features a burger with hickory-smoked bacon, American cheese, red onion, tomato, and green leaf lettuce, all on a toasted Kaiser roll.

And don’t forget dessert. I chose the ever-popular Peanut Butter Pie. This is just as delectable as it sounds, with peanut butter, peanut butter cup chunks, chocolate cookie crust, and more.


The Big Easy – Winter Garden | New Orleans Home Cookin’

If you’ve always wanted to try classic Creole and Cajun dishes, look no further than The Big Easy. This restaurant describes itself as a provider of New Orleans Home Cookin’, and I can’t think of a more fitting description.

This is a must-visit Winter Garden location if you love spicy food. Among the most popular dishes where are the Crawfish, Red Beans and Rice, and Shrimp Po-Boy. This restaurant has a casual atmosphere, and it’s perfect for popping by whenever you please.

Wash your meal down with the refreshing draft beers this restaurant has available. There are also cocktails and other drinks you can order. If you feel like topping off your meal with dessert, check out The Big Easy’s selection of New Orleans Desserts.


The Whole Enchilada Fresh Mexican Grill & Bar

Established in 2006, The Whole Enchilada Fresh Mexican Grill & Bar is popular with locals and tourists alike. This restaurant prides itself on using fresh ingredients to create its mouth-watering dishes.

In my opinion, this is one of the best Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants anywhere. How do Shrimp Tacos, Black Tiger Burritos, and Steak Quesadillas sound? You’ll find all those dishes and much more at The Whole Enchilada in Winter Garden.

When I went to The Whole Enchilada Fresh Mexican Grill & Bar, I appreciated its casual and laid-back vibe. Its regulars come for this eatery’s fantastic food and refreshing drinks. Head over there during your Winter Garden adventures!


Ceviche Mix- Winter Garden

Vacationing in Winter Garden and craving Ceviche? You’re in luck, as Winter Garden boasts the sole Cevicheria establishment in the whole state! It’s called Ceviche Mix. With the Ceviche at Ceviche Mix, you get a unique Ceviche mix of Mexican and Guatemalan cuisine.

There is a wide range of Ceviche dishes at Ceviche Mix. In my opinion, the Shrimp Ceviche is one you’ve got to try.

This features supremely fresh shrimp enhanced with a refreshing lime juice marinade. There’s also red pepper, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, and avocado.

Another popular dish is the Premium Ceviche. It’s got lime juice-marinated fresh mahi mahi, as well as red pepper, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, and avocado.


Pico Bistro

Pico Bistro is an exciting local restaurant featuring Latin American and Brazilian cuisines. My favorite dish here is the Pico Steak. Plenty of locals and visitors to Winter Garden agree, as this is one of the restaurant’s most popular dishes.

Another not-to-be-missed dish is the Burrata. This includes fresh burrata cheese deliciously seasoned, with sweet basil and cherry tomatoes included.

Pico Bistro has a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, with staff always happy to see everyone who steps through the door.

The decor is homespun and creative, making visiting this restaurant a memorable experience. For a casual atmosphere with delicious food on offer, check out Pico Bistro.
