This first restaurant is called Cinnamon Tree Cafe and it’s always a fantastic time when I come here to eat.

Cinnamon Tree Cafe is a brunch restaurant that everyone needs to check out while they’re in town.

There’s really no better way to start your day than by visiting Cinnamon Tree.

You can find this place off of Dunlawton Avenue, just north of the Lowe’s Home Improvement store.

When you come to Cinnamon Tree Cafe, I highly recommend the pancakes or some sweet crepes if you’re craving something sugary.

If not, I suggest grabbing an omelet.

Aunt Catfish’s On the River

4009 Halifax Dr, Port Orange, FL 32127

Aunt Catfish’s on the Rive is the next place on my list and boy is this one special.

This riverside Southern restaurant serves up some of the best downhome country food in the city, if you ask me.

When you come to Aunt Catfish’s, you can get all sorts of dishes that are just good for the soul.

My two favorite things to order when I come here are the fried clam strips and the gator.

This is a true comfort restaurant that will make you feel right at home.

Look for it off of Halifax Drive before the bridge.

Flapjacks & More

1654 Taylor Rd, Port Orange, FL 32128
Phone: 386-304-4141

Up next, we have Flapjacks & More here in Port Orange.

This place is located in Westport Plaza off of Taylor Road next to the Publix Super Market.

It’s the perfect place to grab breakfast before you go grocery shopping.

I love Flapjacks & More because breakfast is one of my favorite types of food to eat, and Flapjacks really does a great job of providing all of the classics.

What I usually order fom Flapjacks & More is whatever breakfast special they have that day, plus a bloody mary if it’s closer to brunchtime.

You can’t go wrong with anything here at Flapjacks.

Monterey Grill

1665 Dunlawton Ave, Port Orange, FL 32127

The next place I want to point your attention towards is called Monterey Grill.

This restaurant serves up some of th best burgers in town, but that’s not all they do.

If you’re looking for another great brunch spot, then this is it.

I love coming here for brunch because of their amazing specialty coffee selection.

I am a caffeine junkie, so I aways enjoy trying new coffees.

I also really loved the Belgian waffle when I went there, but they have lots of other stuff too.

Check out Monterey Grill off of Dunlawton Avenue, just south of the Walmert Supercenter.

Malibu Beach Grill

5543 S Williamson Blvd #900, Port Orange, FL 32128
Phone: 386-492-2968
Visit Website

The next place on my list is Malibu Beach Grill.

This is not a place that you’re going to want to miss, trust me.

Look for it the next time you’re shopping at The Pavilion at Port Orange and you need a bite to eat in between shops or seeing a movie nearby at the Regal Pavilion & RPX movie theater.

What I love about this place the most is that it’s classy but still pretty casual, so it’s a fine middle ground for a normal evening out to eat, especially if you’re craving a juicy steak.

La Fiesta Port Orange

3785 S Nova Rd, Port Orange, FL 32129
Phone: 386-760-2919
Visit Website

La Fiesta is another amazing restaurant that I would like to introduce to you.

La Fiesta is a Mexican restaurant that you can find off of South Nova Road in the Park Place Plaza shopping mall where the Bealls department store is located.

Definitely check this place out the next time you’re looking for delicious Mexican classics like burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and so much more.

What I usually get from here, and what I recommend you try, is the carne asada or one of their amazing enchiladas.

The menu is huge though, so there’s plenty of other choices.

Tomoka Brewing Company

4647 S Clyde Morris Blvd, Port Orange, FL 32129
Phone: 386-256-4979
Visit Website

The next restaurant on my list is actually a brewery, but they serve up some really tasty food and it’s an awesome place to hang out on the weekends, so I had to include it.

Tomoka Brewing Company is a fantastic restaurant to visit while you’re in town, especially if you love beer, because they have a lot of it.

Craft beer and delicious food is the name of the game here at Tomoka.

They have hot pretzels, pizza, and so many more tasty bites, including more substantial plates if you need a real meal.

Tim’s Corner Restaurant

5664 S Ridgewood Ave, Port Orange, FL 32127
Phone: 386-788-2627
Visit Website

Tim’s Corner Restaurant is up next and I really think you’re going to love this one just as much as I do.

Tim’s Corner Restaurant is a no-frills, unpretentious American restaurant that will never disappoint.

This is one of those places you can always count on to provide great food and service for reasonable prices.

My favorite things to order from Tim’s Corner Restaurant include their mushroom swiss burger, the chicken tender melt with bacon, and the tuna melt.

They also have a fantastic breakfast menu as well, but they do not serve dinner unfortunately.

San Diego Grill | Port Orange Restaurant

Up next is San Diego Grill. This is another restaurant in The Pavillion at Port Orange shopping mall.

It’s an American restaurant with a bit of a tropical island theme.

San Diego Grill is a phenomenal restaurant to visit for brunch when you’re in the city.

The menu is huge and the have all sorts of delicacies like omelets, sandwiches, french toast, and much more.

The dinner menu here at San Diego Grill is superb as well.

They have everything, including seafood, pasta, salads, and, of course, all the refreshing cocktails you need to stay cool.

Pat’s Riverfront Cafe

3300 S Peninsula Dr, Port Orange, FL 32127
Phone: 386-756-8070
Visit Website

Ending things on a high note, I want to bring up Pat’s Riverfront Cafe.

This is a restaurant that’s loved by locals and visitors alike, and for good reason.

What I love about Pat’s Riverfront Cafe is the fact that you get a beautiful view of the Halifax River while you eat.

This quaint little cafe serves up some of the absolute greatest breakfast and lunch in the area.

I always come here when I’m craving a juicy burger or their fish sandwich.

The menu is big though, so you’re bound to find something else if those don’t suit you.

Final Thoughts

Port Orange is a lesser known city in Florida that most people usually only ever drive through on their way to a larger city.

Hopefully, I’ve givn you a few reasons to pull over on your next trip through town for a bite to eat.
