Apart from the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters of Marco Island, Florida, the most fun thing to do in the city is to go out for a few drinks, and oftentimes you can do that right on the water.

There’s no shortage of bars and restaurants to visit for a fun night out filled with booze and maybe a bite to eat, but how do you know which places are going to have what you want?
Well, in order to help solve that problem, I decided to put together a list ranking all of the most popular bars Marco Island has to offer.
I scoured the island from top to bottom in search of fun places to grab a drink, and I didn’t come back empty-handed.

Sand Bar
826 E Elkcam Cir, Marco Island, FL 34145

Sand Bar has made our lists before thanks to their delectable selection of seafood, but this time I’d like to point your attention towards the bar.
I love coming here for drinks because the atmosphere is fun, they have delicious food, and, of course, the cocktails are strong and refreshing.
Sand Bar is located off of East Elkcam Circle near the Marco Ace Hardware. You’re definitely going to want to stop by here for a drink or two if you’re in the area. One cocktail I recommend is the chocolate martini for a little bit of a sweet twist on an old classic.
Snook Inn
1215 Bald Eagle Dr, Marco Island, FL 34145

Right off of Bald Eagle Drive near the Marco Inn Villas is Snook Inn, a fantastic place to eat and drink the night away while jamming out to some live music. This waterfront restaurant and bar is a perfect place to go for drinks on a night out.
Snook Inn has everything you need and more to have a great time during your visit to Marco Island.
Their food menu is full of fresh seafood, including an amazing raw bar, and their cocktail list has something for everyone. I prefer a nice frozen drink to help combat the brutal Florida humidity.
Jack’s Lookout
951 Bald Eagle Dr, Marco Island, FL 34145
Phone: 239-394-5944
This next bar is called Jack’s Lookout and it’s located right off of Bald Eagle Drive next to the Marina Marco Island where the Key West Express comes to port, overlooking Factory Bay. I love Jack’s Lookout and I think you will too once you get here.
Jack’s Lookout is a marinaside tavern where you can get tasty refreshments to refuel you after a long day on the water, or even if you’re just looking for a fun night out filled with cocktails and small bites. Either way, you’re going to want to make a stop here at Jack’s Lookout.
Old Marco Pub & Restaurant

Old Marco Pub & Restaurant is where I want to point your attention next. This bar is so much fun on any night of the week.
I love coming here for a few beers and to listen to whichever band is playing. It’s also a great spot to grab a steak if you get hungry while you’re there.
Old Marco Pub & Restaurant is one of the lesser-known, hidden gems of Marco Island that you’re not likely to know about unless you’re a local.
I almost prefer it that way because it’s never overly crowded so I think it’s a great place to relax with a few drinks.
Kane Tiki Bar & Grill
400 S Collier Blvd, Marco Island, FL 34145

Up next, Kane Tiki Bar & Grill is a must-visit for anyone in the area looking for a charming tiki bar with a bit of an Asian flair.
You can find Kane Tiki Bar & Grill inside the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort off of South Collier Boulevard, just south of the Marco Island Public Beach Access.
What I love the most about Kane Tiki Bar & Grill is that you can get all the classic tropical cocktails here and the food is not bad either. Plus, you really can’t beat that waterfront view from inside such a gorgeous hotel.
Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill
1021 Anglers Cove, Marco Island, FL 34145

Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill is up next and I really think you’re going to love this place as much as I did when I went there.
This place is located off of Anglers Cover and it’s an extremely popular local hangout that you don’t want to miss.
I love coming here for drinks because they have a really beautiful outdoor patio that’s great for enjoying a meal and a cocktail in the fresh Florida air while you watch the boat traffic pass by.
What I recommend from Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill is one of their specialty drinks like the double rum runner.
CJ’s on the Bay
740 N Collier Blvd #105, Marco Island, FL 34145

Up next is CJ’s on the Bay. You can find this wonderful waterfront restaurant inside the Esplanade Shoppes at Marco Island, right off of North Collier Boulevard. If you’re in the middle of a shopping spree, then this is the place to come and take a break for a drink or two before getting back to it.
This open-air bar has everything you could ever want, including some delightful specialty coffees made with liquor.
I really enjoy the Mexican cafe that’s made with coffee, tequila, and kahlua. It’s a great brunch drink if you’re in the mood for a boozy midday meal.
La Tavola Restaurant and Bar
961 Winterberry Dr, Marco Island, FL 34145
Phone: 239-393-4960

This next place is called La Tavola Restaurant and Bar and you definitely have to check this one out the next time you’re in town, looking for a place to get drinks.
La Tavola is an Italian restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere that’s perfect for large groups thanks to their elegant private dining room.
When you get here, I recommend a glass of wine, but that may just be the Italian in me speaking. They also have a full liquor bar staffed by talented bartenders willing and able to mix up any drink you might prefer.
Sunset Grille
900 S Collier Blvd, Marco Island, FL 34145
Phone: 239-389-0509

Right next to the Marco Island South Public Beach Access inside the Apollo Condominiums is another one of my favorite Marco Island bars called Sunset Grille.
Sunset Grille is actually a sports bar, so there are plenty of TVs on the wall in case you’re looking to catch the big game. Of course, it’s also located right on the waterfront, so you can enjoy that view as well.
What I usually go for here at Sunset Grille is an appetizer of tuna tartare, but that’s just to go with one of my cocktails. They have a wide assortment of refreshing drinks to choose from.
Stilts Bar & Grill
600 S Collier Blvd, Marco Island, FL 34145
Phone: 239-393-6790
Visit Website
Next up is a bar and grill called Stilts that you can find right inside of the Marriott’s Crystal Shores hotel.
This place looks right out into the beautiful, crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico, so it’s worth coming for the view alone, but the drinks are also an attractive factor.
What I usually order from Stilts Bar & Grill is one of their specialty drinks, or as many as you can handle because they have a long list and they are all really tasty. My favorite is the mango mojito or the raspberry mudslide, but there are countless others to try.
Marco Island Brewery
1089 N Collier Blvd, Marco Island, FL 34145

Lastly, I want to introduce you to Marco Island Brewery. This laid-back sports bar is one of my usual watering holes when I just want to grab a coupler of beers and enjoy some good, old-fashioned bar food on a Friday night.
Marco Island Brewery is located in the Marco Town Center shopping mall off of North Collier Boulevard in the same plaza as the Publix Super Market.
Be sure to come here during happy hour, too! It’s every day from 3 pm to 6 pm, featuring all sorts of cheap drink deals and specials so you get the most bang for your buck.
Final Thoughts
Marco Island has so much to do and see that at some point you may need to just kick back and relax for a little while with a drink in your hand.
Hopefully, after reading this guide, now you’ll know exactly where to go in the city for drinks the next time you need to wet your whistle.
