As an entirely vegan restaurant, Morning Glory Cafe hopes to be a zero waste cafe. They strive to do this by buying from local farmers, composting food waste, and using this compost to grow new fruits and vegetables.
While their menu is all vegan, they also have a few gluten-free options. Be sure to try out the tempeh club or weekday tamale breakfast combo!

Though the name may imply this spot only has juice, they offer so much more. Make Java Juice Cafe one of your top places to visit while in Flagstaff.
Serving an all vegan menu, this restaurant offers everything from smoothie bowls to burgers. Though items like burgers and mac and cheese are not listed on their website, we recommend looking at their Instagram page to get a better sense of the menu.
