He’s also opened up one of the top restaurants in Detroit, Roast. Symon originated the restaurant’s concept. It is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday. The menu is robust, and every item is delightful. Start your meal with the Lamb Meatballs with labneh, cucumber, radish, and arugula. Then try the Dry Aged Ribeye with onion relish or the Lobster Spaghetti with dill and creme fraiche as an entree.
