I have a sweet tooth, so I indulged in the Bread Pudding French Toast. This dish includes french toast with cherry compote, whipped cream, and maple syrup. I highly recommend it.

Try to get a seat on the benches near the front for excellent people-watching.

I had the breakfast special with bacon, hash browns, eggs, and biscuits, and it really set me up for a day of exploring and shopping in Greenville. This dish includes marinated grilled shrimp served as a kabob, and it comes with grilled veggies and Basmati rice. If you love baklava, make sure you get some for your dessert.

If you’re a Tex-Mex lover, there are plenty of options with those flavors too. Check out the Burrito and Crispy Taco Dinner, as well as the Chile Relleno.

Greenville certainly has a great selection of small plate-focused restaurants, and Rye is one of them. Rye focuses on serving “super-seasonal” meals.
