I’m starting this list with a family favorite. Showmars is a chain restaurant that serves southern and Greek fusion, and you have not lived until you have tried this combination. Thankfully, there are locations all over Charlotte, so you are never far from this incredible combination. The menu has a wide variety of options, but the fish sandwich and onion rings are my favorite. The decor is nothing fancy, but it’s comfortable and inviting. Showmars is the perfect place to go when you’re looking for a good meal at a reasonable price.

The decor is also very nice. It’s modern and sleek without being too formal. I highly recommend the lamb gyro. It’s filling, and the tzatziki and the lamb go together perfectly.

I highly recommend the spinach pie and the grilled octopus.

The portions are smaller here, but they’re the perfect size if you’re looking for a light meal. I highly recommend the pork sandwich. Don’t forget to order the roasted beets as a side. The beets are incredible.
