Boasting ingredients from local farmers and growers, owner Chef Dupont prides himself on offering high-end dishes on an accessible menu.

Galley & Garden is a high-end eatery located between the Caldwell and Magnolia Parks. A beautiful colonial building hosts a team of friendly staff and bright and airy space for wedding rehearsal dinners, receptions, birthday parties, and surprise engagements.
With four different rooms available seating 8, 10, 20, and even 125 guests to suit your needs, you can’t go wrong with a fresh and breezy private event at Galley & Garden.
Traditional Alabama fares grace the Galley & Garden menu, featuring local and seasonal produce and luxurious olive and cheese platters.
Impress your group with a goat cheese, pear, and walnut salad followed by pan-seared Gray grouper over herbed wild rice pilaf with heirloom cherry tomatoes and a roasted red pepper hollandaise.

Niki’s West in North Birmingham is just a short drive from Birmingham Southern College, Legion Field Stadium, and the Birmingham Museum of Art.
Known for its steak and seafood, this restaurant offers private dining with a relaxed and laid-back quality to their service.
Family-owned since 1957, there’s a warm vibe at Niki’s that makes it perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations.
With a different menu for each day of the week, I recommend trying Thursday evening’s Greek chicken with collard greens, a cornbread roll, and bread pudding. Wash it all down with a glass of house-made iced tea.

There’s something for everyone at Bottega with meat and vegetarian options alike. I recommend opting for focaccia & Bottega infused olive oil and chicken paillard salad followed by the main course of braised duck risotto with mushrooms, leeks, parmesan, black truffle. Follow it up with some delicious tiramisu.

Satterfield’s Restaurant is an upscale establishment in Birmingham’s Cahaba Heights neighborhood.
Featuring global world dining with a Southern twist of eccentricity, Chef Becky Satterfield keeps the menu rotating on a seasonal basis.

Habitat Feed & Social sits on LanePark Road next to the Birmingham Botanical Garden and the zoo. Habitat offers magical and whimsical high-end dining.
It is a great place to host a private birthday party, engagement, or even wedding reception due to its vibrant, colorful, and romantic vibes, complete with pink velvet sofas and antler chandeliers.
Uniquely serving breakfast and brunch, I recommend the rooftop honey-roasted oats or continental breakfast paired with a fresh-squeezed orange juice mimosa.
Try the winter garden salad and beef tenderloin with a glass of Willamette Domaine Serene “Yamhill Cuveé” or a classic Aviation cocktail for dinner.

Roots & Revelry is in the heart of downtown Birmingham and offers a walking distance stroll to Railroad Park Foundation and Regents Field.

When dining at Roots & Revelry, try the vegetable fritters with homemade dipping sauce or the filet mignon over mashed potatoes with green beans. Seasonal cocktails include herb-infused gin and tonics or hot toddies to match the weather.

Situated between Magnolia Park and Unity Park is The Lab Bar and Kitchen. This unique restaurant offers private dining for adventurous guests wanting to add a contemporary party atmosphere to their intimate meal.
Great for engagement parties, birthdays, and bachelorette events, The Lab Bar and Kitchen will get you letting your hair down and having a wonderful time.
Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner means that there’s an option for everyone at The Lab. I recommend the market café shrimp and grits if you’re feeling hungry and the yogurt parfait if you’re in the mood for a light snack.
Opt for the rosemary chicken panini served with a side salad followed by a whiskey sour for dinner.

This restaurant is smack dab in the middle of downtown Birmingham. The Wine Loft lives up to its name with minimal cement decor and a warehouse feel.
Despite its industrial architecture, this is an upscale restaurant offering private dining for holidays, including Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve.
The Wine Loft has a full luxurious wine cellar available to all private parties. Their menu includes baked brie, filet mignon, roasted chicken over wild mushrooms, pesto, mozzarella, and other traditional high-quality foods.
