Everything is about the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Naples, Florida. This well-known city is on the shores of that body of water, situated on what is referred to as the “Paradise Coast” in southwestern Florida.
If you’re visiting Naples, you will be spending most of your time on the beach, playing golf, taking part in water sports, or enjoying the shops and cultural activities.
Make sure, though, that you make time to enjoy the delicious fare found at the waterfront restaurants in this tourist hotspot.
During my trip to Naples, I went to a plethora of restaurants on the spectacular waterfront. And now I’m here, ready to tell you what I liked the best and recommend.
- BALEEN Naples
- The Dock At Crayton Cove
- The Turtle Club
- Gumbo Limbo
- Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar
- The Bay House
- M WATERFRONT GRILLE

Part of the impressive LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, BALEEN Naples is an upscale restaurant on the beach.
At BALEEN Naples, you can choose to eat on the tiered terrace outside or inside, surrounded by chic contemporary decor with modern art flourishes.
I can attest the view at BALEEN Naples is something you’ll never forget. Make sure you see the sunset there at least once during your stay in Naples.
I enjoyed the Cuban Sandwich with Swiss cheese and roasted pork, as well as the Caesar Salad. I paired them with one of the Signature Cocktails, the La Playa Breeze.
If you’re staying at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, you will love how BALEEN Naples is on-site. Talk about the makings of a perfect Naples vacation!

If you’re looking for something more casual, you can’t go wrong with The Dock at Crayton Cove. This popular restaurant is a local phenomenon, established in 1976 and well-loved ever since.
With a friendly and convivial open-air atmosphere, a meal at The Dock at Crayton Cove is an essential part of the Naples experience.
The Dock at Crayton Cove specializes in seafood, and they do this to perfection. All their fish and shellfish are supremely fresh, and they incorporate a tropical touch in their dishes.
If you head to The Dock at Crayton Cove for dinner, I recommend the Coconut Shrimp as an appetizer and the Macadamia Nut Crusted Snapper entree.

The feature of The Turtle Club I most appreciated was the hospitality. And indeed, this restaurant prides itself on being truly hospitable and creating a relaxing haven for its guests. When you eat at The Turtle Club, you enjoy a delectable meal on the beach. Is there anything better?
I enjoyed lunch at The Turtle Club during my visit to Naples, ordering the Honey & Almond Roasted Salmon Salad and Steak Tenderloin Sliders.
I recommend both heartily. Feel like a cocktail? You can’t go wrong with a Pina Colada or Paddle Boarder. When it comes to dessert, the Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee reigns supreme.
280 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Naples, FL 34108
Whether or not you’re staying at the Ritz Carlton during your Naples stay, head to the Gumbo Limbo for a meal on the Gulf coast. This restaurant has a casual atmosphere, so don’t worry about what you wear.
You’ll eat on the waterfront at Gumbo Limbo, and all the dishes are attentively made. Add a cocktail to your meal, too. If you want to go to Gumbo Limbo for lunch, you can. This restaurant has both lunch and dinner menus.
The Gumbo Limbo menu changes daily, and the ingredients are always fresh and delicious. So head over to the Ritz Carlton (if you’re not already staying there), and enjoy a delectable meal at the Gumbo Limbo.

The Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar is another seafood spot you should try while you are in Naples. Live music lovers need look no further than the Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar, as this restaurant offers live music all through the year. Stick to the cafe on the first floor if you want casual dining.
If you want something more elegant than casual dining, Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar has a grill on the second floor with a more sophisticated vibe.
And the Vintner’s Room found in Sukie’s Wine Shop offers a private dining room. Sukie’s also offers a patio for open-air enjoyment.
You can enjoy lunch and dinner at Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar all year long. Brunch is also available on Sunday.
I visited the Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar for Sunday brunch, and I ordered and enjoyed the Crab Cake Benedict, as well as the New England Clam Chowder. After your meal, check out spots nearby, such as The Village Shops on Venetian Bay.

The Bay House is found in North Naples, specifically on the Cocohatchee River. It’s a waterfront restaurant, providing lovely scenery as well as the top-notch menu. This restaurant prides itself on hospitality and friendly service.
There is a range of cuisine options at The Bay House. If you want to sit outdoors, you can. There are two outdoor options: the front patio with its fire pit, and the waterfront deck.
My favorite entree at The Bay House is the St. Augustine Stew. It features fish, shrimp, scallops, and more, all supremely fresh and tasty.
The Bay House is found conveniently near Double Tree Suites by Hilton Hotel Naples. If you’re staying there, make sure The Bay House is on your culinary itinerary.

M Waterfront Grille focuses on continental cuisine. Dishes center on genres such as light lounge dishes, organic food, house made pasta, seafood, and streak. All ingredients are fresh and delicious.
Service at M Waterfront Grille is known for its top-notch service. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful Venetian Bay as you enjoy chef-designed and lovingly created meals. During my visit to M Waterfront Grille, I enjoyed the Reuben sandwich.
It includes corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and marble rye. M Waterfront Grille is found within an easy distance to The Village Shops on Venetian Bay.

A steak and lobster house, T-Michaels is a restaurant offering spectacular cuisine in a waterfront environment. The view is one of the attractions of T-Michaels.
The dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows, providing an expansive panorama of your surroundings.
If seafood is your thing, take a look at the Seafood and Fish part of T-Michaels menu. I recommend the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. This dish includes blue crab, cucumber, and julienne of tomato.
If you’re not much of a seafood fan, T-Michaels has also got you covered. Think about ordering the Organic Breast of Duck, the Bone in Berkshire Pork Chop, or the Colorado Rack of Lamb, or one of the items from the plentiful Prime Steak Menu. The Filet Mignon is especially popular.
Situated in The Village Shops of Venetian Bay, T-Michaels is easy to find and a joy to experience.

Three 60 Market is the place to go for breakfast enthusiasts. You can order all-day breakfast here. If that’s not your thing, take a look at the lunch menu.
Personally, I love breakfast foods, so I ordered the Cheese Omelet when I visited this popular Naples restaurant. Other popular options are the Meat & Cheese Omelet, the Vegetable Omelet, and the Three 60 Omelet.
When it comes to the lunch menu, you can’t go wrong with the Roast Beef Hoagie or South Beach Pressed Cuban.
This restaurant is found conveniently near Naples’ iconic Bayshore Drive. If you’re dining with a group, check out the Charcuterie Boards. There are all-meat, cheese and meat, and all-cheese options available.

Like the other restaurants on this list, Riverwalk at Tin City is a waterfront restaurant offering delicious food and an atmosphere you’ll appreciate. In fact, some call Riverwalk at Tin City the top seafood restaurant in the whole of Collier County.
Riverwalk at Tin City has a casual atmosphere, so don’t worry about what to wear. And you don’t have to order a full meal.
Just stop in for appetizers if you want. I stopped in for appetizers and drinks, ordering the New Orleans Seafood Gumbo and a Mai Tai.
Riverwalk at Tin City offers Happy Hour Specials every day, from 3-6 pm. This establishment is best known for its margaritas and red sangrias, so try one of these drinks while you’re in Naples. There are different margarita flavors available, including raspberry, traditional, sunset, and Hawaiian.

The views at MiraMare Ristorante are nothing short of spectacular. If you want waterfront dining, you can’t go wrong here. MiraMare Ristorante focuses on Italian cuisine.
Let’s face it, who doesn’t love Italian food. I know I love it, and I enjoyed the food I ordered at MiraMare Ristorante.
I recommend the Filetto di Manzo Con Gorgonzola Salsa Al Barolo if you go to MiraMare for dinner. This dish includes filet mignon, Barolo wine sauce, and gorgonzola cheese.
If pizza is more your thing, check out the options at MiraMare Ristorante. I’ve heard MiraMare fans talk about the Margherita pizza, praising the combination of garlic, sliced steak tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella.
Like several other restaurants I’ve talked about here, MiraMare Restaurant is situated in close proximity to The Village Shops on Venetian Bay.
Clearly, Naples isn’t short of waterfront restaurants. In fact, the waterfront restaurants
I’ve listed here are among the most popular attractions in this tranquil city. Which restaurant (or restaurants) will you choose. I wouldn’t just stick to one. I visited several of these restaurants and I loved them all!
