All of Charley’s steaks are high quality, hormone-free, dry-aged in-house for 4-to-6 weeks, and then hand cut by their management.

Seafood served at Charley’s is strictly fresh and sustainable, so no need to feel guilty for ordering their succulent Caribbean lobster tail to accompany that filet mignon.

Right inside the famous Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tampa, there’s a place called Council Oak Steaks and Seafood that everyone should try.

This is your sophisticated destination for food and fun, all in one.

We recommend starting with one of the luxurious raw bar options, but saving room for a behemoth 34oz., dry-aged long-bone ribeye, preferably paired with a deep red cabernet.

After that, you can go hit the slots or catch a show at the casino, but if you’re like us you’ll probably just want to rent a room for a long nap after a meal like that.

  1. Is Steelbach really the only Tampa steakhouse with humanely raised, grass fed and finished steaks? USDA Prime steaks usually come from feed lots ?
