Claiming themselves as the best and finest rooftop bar in all of Albuquerque, you certainly can’t go wrong with a stop by this lounge and bar located in the Hotel Parq Central.
Watch the sunset from atop this comfortable, chic rooftop with a relaxed, formal atmosphere. Because the rooftop is just across from Highland Park, your view is uninterrupted and perfect.
If you’re planning a romantic evening here, I highly recommend their classic Ramos Gin Fizz – it’s light, sweet, and sure to start the evening off right.
Also, be sure to try their unique Bacon-Wrapped Dates when you visit!

Located in Hotel Chaco and run by Executive Chef Christian Monchâtre, this is guaranteed to be a beautiful culinary experience.
Because they have stunning, sweeping mountain views, you’ll also want to see the sunset from this modern, cozy, fifth-floor rooftop.
My friends and I started a night out here – and we liked it so much that we stayed all night! Their Fresa De Salvia is out of this world, and you just can’t go wrong with their signature Pueblo Pintado – trust me.
Make sure you give the Crispy Seared Salmon a try when you’re there for dinner!

If you ever find yourself staying at Sandia Resort & Casino (which you definitely should), you’ll be pleased to have the convenient and fantastic dining option at Bien Shur on-site.
Part of the resort, the rooftop restaurant and bar certainly live up to the high standards set by the hotel. The full-glass walls and windows on the rooftop give unreal views of the surrounding landscape and nature.
They’ve got one of the best selections of beers on draft in the city, with my personal favorite being their signature Sandia Watermelon Cider.
I had a long week before trying this place out – and the watermelon cider immediately made me feel like I was on vacation.
Also, don’t miss out on the beautifully prepared Chilean Sea Bass to accompany you as you take in the sweeping views at Bien Shur.

They serve delicious drinks and Spanish tapas at this lounge, so sit back and relax on one of the comfortable chairs or couches for as many hours as you please.
You can’t try this place out and not go for their signature Sangria with sparkling wine – it’s already my regular here.
They also do a mean mocktail – so grab some friends and enjoy this luxurious experience with something for everyone.
Don’t forget to try the Spanish Style Bruschetta to pair with one of your favorite wines! Their wine menu is extensive and full of interesting options.
Monte Vista Fire Station Restaurant & Bar
3201 Central Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106
If you want to find a more laidback, casual rooftop bar with American fare and a great location near the University of New Mexico, you’ll be happy to try out Monte Vista Fire Station Restaurant & Bar.
This comfortable outdoor rooftop doesn’t provide the sweeping views that some others do, but it allows you to watch the world go by from up above while eating and drinking to your heart’s content!
They’re said to have some of the best truffle fries in all of Albuquerque. Pair this with one of their many beers on offer, and you’ve got yourself one fun night ahead of you.
Make sure you try out as many of their unique and yummy bar foods – you’ll be hard-pressed to pick just one.
