Chef’s Table, also known as Chef’s Table at the Edgewater, is located at the Edgewater Hotel, a B&B-style establishment. Chef’s Table is a small restaurant, but it takes pride in its fine dining cuisine. It specializes in New American cuisine.
This restaurant has a selective menu, but the options are exciting. In my opinion, the Pan-Seared Lamb Rack is the most impressive dish.
It includes crispy shallow, Swiss chard, blood orange gastrique, and carrot risotto. In short, it’s delicious.
One feature of the Chef’s Table menu is how it offers wine pairing suggestions beneath each item. This makes the entire dining experience effortless, even if you’ve never paired wine with fine cuisine before.
