I recommend starting with the calamari fritti with sweet chili aioli, cashews, and mango coulis. I went for a turf specialty for the main course and ordered the Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast with confit duck leg, duck fat roasted fingerling potatoes, espresso-cherry demi, and pickled cherries.
