The brightly lit Vegas Strip has the most beautiful and incredible hotels in the world, each one with a different theme that takes the most extreme measures to blow guests away. Vegas also has over half a dozen Cirque Du Soleil shows, the best magic acts in the world, and daily music concerts from some of the best musicians in the world. With a city dedicated to wowing the customer and providing the ultimate entertainment, you know that the restaurant scene must be equally amazing.
Vegas restaurants feature the best of the best of culinary ingenuity and stunning aesthetics. The Strip’s colossal hotels house multiple 5-star restaurants led by celebrity Chefs known around the world. When I went looking for where to eat in Vegas, I found every cuisine represented in top fashion and creativity.

The Black Sheep

As a local favorite, The Black Sheep is a modern Vietnamese fusion restaurant located in the outer neighborhood of Spring Valley. Owned and operated by female Head Chef Jamie Tran, The Black Sheep has won the diner’s choice award and Eater’s Best Chef of the Year.
Chef Tran’s dishes reflect her home state of California mixed with her Vietnamese heritage, offering a fusion of Southwestern and Asian flavors. I loved the bao sliders with housemade pork sausage, fried quail egg, crispy shallot, fresh herbs, and jalapeño aioli. The slow-braised short ribs with kimchi fried rice, green scallions, sesame seeds, pickled radish, and organic sunny-side-up eggs was a decadent second course.
3555 S Town Center Dr Ste 105, Las Vegas, NV 89135
Located in the West Sahara neighborhood of Las Vegas, a block from the giant Garden Center, La Strega is a coastal Italian restaurant and cocktail bar run by chef and partner Gina Marinelli. Chef Marinelli draws from her years of travel through the various coastal regions of Italy to create her contemporary Italian dishes.
The menu at La Strega has selections of pizza, pasta, antipasti, seafood, cured meats, and main entrees for an elaborate multi-course Italian meal. I started with the fritto misto with fried calamari, rock shrimp, crawfish, shishitos, and cherry peppers. Next, I chose the rich second course of Australian Wagyu filet topped with rapini pesto and shaved parmesan.
5040 W Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89146
You can find this traditional sushi bar with an authentic, fast-paced street food energy located in the Chinatown Plaza right across the interstate from the Vegas Strip. The highly experienced sushi chefs at Kabuto Edomae prepare the highest quality fish to adorn their nigiri and sushi rolls in a fast-paced open kitchen for guests to watch.
This small, intimate sushi bar offers two-hour time slots to enjoy a long, multi-course menu of sushi made to order. This is an Omakase experience in which the sushi Chef chooses a selection of the freshest fish to feature on a daily tasting menu. They also have an extensive Sake list and imported Japanese beer selection.

Located in Downtown Vegas’ colorful Art District, Esther’s Kitchen is a contemporary Italian kitchen that combines California’s west coast bounty with the traditional Italian dishes we know and love. Vegas native head Chef James Trees named Esther’s Kitchen for his great aunt, who encouraged his culinary aspirations since childhood.
In my opinion, Esther’s Kitchen is the best Italian food restaurant in Vegas. The menu features a slew of homemade pasta, bread, and wood-fired pizzas, along with a seasonal selection of entrees. I started with the housemade sourdough with basil ricotta. I followed that with housemade tagliatelle with lamb shank ragu, chili, mint, and pine nuts. If I could have, I would’ve spent the rest of my days at Esther’s to sample every item on the menu.
4480 Spring Mountain Rd #100, Las Vegas, NV 89102
Sparrow + Wolf is a New American cookery, grill, and cocktail bar in the Richfield neighborhood, ten minutes from the Vegas Strip. Under the creative direction of Chef Brian Howard, Sparrow + Wolf seamlessly melds Old World cooking methods with New American creativity in a beautiful and unique dining space that is both modern and natural.
The kitchen revolves around a wood-fired grill and hearth oven to approximate old-world techniques. You can order from an a la carte menu or choose the pre-fixe Chef’s Tasting Menu served family-style for group dining. I loved their oxtail hummus with crispy chickpeas and curry oil, served with wood-fired naan. Another interesting dish is the black pepper and honey pork Secreto with foie gras, coal-roasted plantain, and peanut Nuco chum.
3655 S Durango Dr #6, Las Vegas, NV 89147
Other Mama is a raw bar, cocktail lounge, and neighborhood seafood restaurant in West Sahara right across from the beautiful Desert Breeze Park. Other Mama is the creation of head Chef Daniel Krohmer who seeks to showcase a repertoire of dishes that represent his years of culinary explorations.
I recommend trying a sampling of raw and cooked seafood. I loved the seafood ceviche with whitefish, octopus, shrimp, and habanero served with sweet potato chips. There is also a delicious selection of sushi and nigiri. For a taste of southern comfort, I recommend deviled eggs topped with fried oysters.
3799 Las Vegas Blvd S MGM Grand, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Located inside the beautiful and historic MGM Grand Hotel right on the Vegas Strip, Joel Robuchon is a high-end French restaurant with 3 Michelin stars. The restaurant is named for the founder and head Chef Joel Robuchon, who is a AAA Five-Diamond chef and has garnered 30 Michelin stars in his career. Joel Robuchon features modern and sophisticated preparations of French cuisine.
There are numerous pre-fixe tasting menus that feature amuse-bouche, soup, appetizer, entrée, cheese plate, and dessert. I recommend trying their beautifully presented foie gras with a violet artichoke salad as an appetizer. The main course I loved at Joel Robuchon is the caramelized plume of pork with creamy polenta and Belgian endives.
3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
As another fine-dining French bistro, Restaurant Guy Savoy is also named for its world-renowned French chef who first opened the restaurant in Paris. Located inside Caesar’s Palace on the Vegas Strip, Guy Savoy is the peak of fine dining. It has lavish tableside service featuring an incredible fresh French bread cart and theatrical tableside preparations of signature dishes.
You can choose from various tasting menus. For example, the Krug Chef’s Table option is a 10-course meal for 2-6 people sitting in a private room with views of the chef preparing every dish. The signature dishes for which Chef Savoy is famous include the Colors of Caviar and the artichoke and black truffle soup with truffle buttered, toasted brioche.
2535 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Located inside the four-diamond Sahara Las Vegas resort, Bazaar Meat is a restaurant celebrating everything carnivorous. Executive Chef Jose Andres is a James Beard award-winning and Michelin-starred chef whose carnivorous creations have garnered worldwide acclaim at this fine-dining meat fest. Culinary and travel celebrity Andrew Zimmern deemed Bazaar Meat the “best meat house in America.”
Menus constantly change at Bazaar Meat, with special menus created for Christmas, New Year, and Thanksgiving. Dinner menus have a chef’s tasting option and a main a la carte menu. If ever there was a place to get a steak, Bazaar Meat is it, so I highly recommend the Wagyu ribeye Chuleton with patatas bravas and garlic button mushrooms.

Honey Salt is a female-owned and operated New American comfort food restaurant located across from the Badlands Golf Club in the Angel Park Lindell neighborhood. The owners and head chefs draw from their travels and upbringing to create a menu with a variety of comfort food and health-conscious and vegan variations.
Menus are seasonal and fresh, assuming a farm-to-table approach. There are also daily specials like Green Garden Mondays, Live Music Tuesdays, and Wine Wednesdays with discounted cocktails and wine selections. Their savory monkey bread with fresh mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and Pomodoro was utterly luxurious.
ARIA Resort & Casino, 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Bardot Brasserie is a French wine and cocktail bar and fine-dining restaurant inside the ARIA resort and casino on the Vegas strip. Founded by Michelin-starred chef Michael Mina, Bardot Brasserie is run and operated under his long-time protégé Chef Nick Dugan. Bardot Brasserie is known for its innovative French cocktail and spirits program and has the largest chartreuse list in Las Vegas, not to mention an exclusively French wine program.
Since Forbes magazine dedicated a long write-up, praising Bardot Brasserie’s incredible brunch menu, I likewise recommend trying them for brunch. I recommend their luxurious and authentic Croque Madame, with house ham and brie on thickly sliced toasted brioche with a sunny side up egg and sauce mornay served with hashbrowns.

Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar is a cocktail lounge and French-inspired steakhouse located inside the Park MGM hotel on the Vegas Strip. The beautifully old-fashioned, quirky, and fun design of Bavette’s dining rooms and lounges are reminiscent of a 1920’s speakeasy with a French twist. Guests can enjoy refined French food in a fun and bustling atmosphere serenaded by the sounds of experimental jazz music.
Bavette’s French steakhouse menu has all the prime cuts of USDA beef prepared with classic French techniques and flavor profiles. I recommend starting with the peppered duck and goat cheese terrine with apricot mustarda, followed by the traditional filet mignon with bearnaise sauce and steak salt.

Located inside the beautiful and historic Bellagio Hotel, The Mayfair Supper Club is a contemporary new American restaurant, lounge, and jazz club. Founders created the Mayfair Supper Club to combine excellent food with the highest quality entertainment and atmosphere, featuring live music, circus, and burlesque performances. Visitors can witness these events seven days a week while lavishing over expertly crafted cocktails and delicious meals.
You can choose your experience from a supper club fine dining option, an after-dark cocktail lounge and performance, and a multiple set Jazz night. Whichever live performance you catch at The Mayfair, you can accompany it with a delicious meal. I went for a Jazz Sunday experience where chefs create swanky dishes using the selection of Jazz music to inspire its weekly changing menu.

Partage is a contemporary French bistro located in Las Vegas’ Asian District. Partage means “sharing” in French, which conveys the restaurant’s humble beginnings as a shared effort between three French-trained Chefs newly arrived from France. Partage also conveys the owner’s intention to share their passion for French food with patrons.
The menu at Partage is a pre-fixe multi-course tasting menu that changes monthly and comes with a wine pairing selection. Menus include a fish and meat dish, appetizer, cheese selection, and dessert. Their braised oxtail Croque monsieur with fresh scallions and parsley is absolute perfection and offered as a fixed item you can request as an add-on to the monthly changing menu.

As you might have guessed, VegeNation is a 100% plant-based casual neighborhood eatery in Las Vegas’s Fremont East District. VegeNation supports the local Las Vegas community by cooking locally grown vegetables, sourcing locally brewed coffee, beer, and tea, and serving the community and school gardens around town.
VegeNation’s eclectic menu features delicious dishes from around the world prepared with local vegetables and meat substitutes. I loved their elote tamale stuffed with sweet potato and topped with sweet corn, salsa verde, and parmesan cheese. I went for an Italian main dish and ordered the eggplant stacks with layers of roasted eggplant, housemade cashew ricotta, melted mozzarella, and San Marzano tomato sauce.

Located in the Asian District of Spring Valley, Raku is a three-part Japanese culinary experience owned and run by Tokyo native Chef Mitsuo Endo. Raku has three menus and dining experiences: A Japanese fried chicken bar, a sake and sushi bar, and Japanese “pastry entertainment” experience
It’s hard to choose which menu is the most delicious, but you can count on some of the most beautifully presented dishes in Las Vegas, no matter which type of food you crave. I went for the Japanese fried chicken menu with dozens of chicken offerings from gizzard to eggs. They also have a homemade tofu selection with the best deep-fried tofu I’ve ever eaten.
3600 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Picasso is another fine dining restaurant inside the beautiful Bellagio hotel, specializing in Spanish and Mediterranean fare. Under the direction of Spanish Chef Julian Serrano, Picasso has a 5-Diamond rating from AAA, two Michelin stars, and a 5-star rating from Forbes Travel Guide, not to mention a Grand Award for the Best Wine List by Wine Spectator.
Picasso serves small yet perfectly plated dishes in a multi-course dining experience. Their signature dishes include a grilled halibut with green asparagus and hollandaise sauce and a roasted Maine lobster with flying fish caviar and crème Fraiche vinaigrette. Another stellar option is the pan-seared scallops with potato mousseline and jus de Veau.

Located inside the Park MGM resort, Best Friend is a hip Korean and Californian fusion restaurant honoring owner and chef Roy Choi’s background. Choi describes Best Friend as “LA food in Vegas” that will excite your tastebuds and make a best friend out of you forever.
Best Friend’s menu features Choi’s signature favorites from his LA restaurants, along with new creations. It was hard to decide what I wanted from this fun and clever menu, replete with photographs from Choi’s awkward years and funny play-on-words. I went for the Kogi short rib tacos with Korean BBQ ribs, salsa Roja, and cilantro-onion-lime chili soy slaw. Although, it was hard to pass up the Kimchi Fried Rice Bowl.
Bellagio Hotel & Casino, 3600 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Le Cirque is a fine-dining contemporary French bistro inside the Bellagio Hotel in a stunning banquet hall designed by famed architect Adam D. Tihany. Le Cirque’s head chef Sirio Maccioni has created an exquisite menu that, coupled with the opulent dining space, has won a Michelin star, 5-Diamond AAA rating, and 5-Star Forbes rating.
Le Cirque has various multi-course tasting menus, including a completely vegetarian menu. Their ricotta gnudi served in a consommé royale with parmesan and white truffles was spectacular. I also loved their dry-aged Mishima ribeye with matsutake mushrooms, ruby red beets, and a caramelized onion jus.
2985 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Located between the Wynn and the Riviera on the famous Vegas Strip, Peppermill Las Vegas is a lounge and restaurant that has been an iconic Las Vegas institution since 1972. It features diner-like meals at all hours of the day and night and is the late night and early morning post-show spot for Vegas’ most famous acts, including Jerry Lewis, Dean Martin, and famed boxer Floyd Mayweather.
You can get one of Peppermill’s over-the-top breakfasts 24-hours a day. I went for a local favorite, the French Toast Ambrosia, which features warm slices of thick French toast with cinnamon and vanilla, topped with large chunks of seasonal fresh fruit and a large dollop of whipped cream, and a hearty drizzle of blueberry syrup.
Boulevard Tower, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd S Level 2, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Momofuku is a Pan Asian fusion restaurant founded by celebrity chef David Chang who has multiple Momofuku specialty restaurants around the Americas. Momofuku’s Las Vegas location is inside a beautifully modern space in the Cosmopolitan hotel on the Vegas Strip. Momofuku offers various dining experiences, from fast-paced casual cocktail and bar snacks to a Chef’s tasting menu in a private dining room.
You can also order from a more conventional dinner menu in their cool, artsy main dining room with a giant modern collage lining one wall. The menu showcases mainly Japanese and Korean-style meals. I started with the pork belly buns with hoisin, scallion, and cucumber, followed by the 5 Spice Roasted Duck with confit fried rice, bibb lettuce, steamed buns, kimchi, hoisin ginger scallion sauce, and fresh herbs.

Located inside the Wynn hotel on the Vegas Strip, Mizumi is a modern Japanese restaurant run by Executive Chef and Korean native Min Kim, who has spent years working in the finest restaurants in Japan to perfect his knowledge of Japanese cooking. Mizumi has received a four-star rating from Forbes Travel Guide.
Mizumi has a large selection of sashimi, sushi, and nigiri, along with various noodles, soups, Robatayaki, and prime-cut steaks. I loved their unique tempura selection: the truffle creamy crab croquette with panko-crusted red crab, truffle spicy mayo, wild black truffle, and sorrel salad. I also recommend the 50-Hour Wagyu Veal Cheek with celeriac puree, red sake ponzu reduction, crispy garlic, and pickled golden beetroot.

Wing Lei is a Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant specializing in Cantonese, Shanghai, and Szechuan cuisine. Inside the Wynn Hotel on the Vegas strip, Wing Lei’s stunning restaurant space has gold walls, chairs, carpeting, and a beautiful gold Chinese serpent sculpture surrounded by century-old pomegranate trees.
Everything on the menu at Wing Lei is incredible. I recommend going with a crowd to order numerous dishes to share family style. A few of my favorites include the pan-seared minced pork potstickers, Cantonese Chow Mein, and the Imperial Peking Duck that they carve tableside and serve with mandarin crepes, cucumber, scallions, and hoisin sauce.

Located inside the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in the South Summerlin area of Spring Valley, Osteria Fiorella is an Italian American pasta bar with origins in Philadelphia. Founded and run by James Beard Award-winning Chef Marc Vetri, Osteria Fiorella is a casual, friendly, and bustling restaurant with a lovely outdoor patio and a giant wood-fired oven in its open kitchen.
Not only does Osteria Fiorella offer every variety of hand-made pasta, but they also serve antipasti, salads, Neapolitan pizza, and meat and fish entrees. Their pizzas are excellent and authentic, and I recommend splitting one to start. Pasta is the star of the show, and my favorite dishes are the three-cheese ravioli with oyster mushrooms and thyme and the sweet corn agnolotti with pickled blueberries and basil.

Spago by Wolfgang Puck is one of the most famous restaurants in Vegas, located right inside the Bellagio Hotel. Wolfgang Puck is a celebrity chef with worldwide appeal, founding and operating dozens of Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, including Spago. Spago’s exquisite food is paralleled only by its stunning location on the Bellagio’s lakeside deck overlooking the iconic fountain and light show.
Spago’s menu features European cuisine spanning multiple countries, including Puck’s native Austria. I loved the smoked salmon pizza with dill cream, red onion, salmon pearls, and Kaluga sturgeon caviar. For a unique take on German fare, I recommend the veal “Wiener Schnitzel” with marinated cucumbers, fingerling potato salad, and baby arugula.
3355 Las Vegas Blvd S 10th Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Located on the 10th floor of the elegant Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Bouchon is a traditional French Bistro under the leadership of Executive Chef Thomas Keller. Bouchon’s incredible dining space has wall-to-ceiling hand-painted murals by famed artist Paulin Paris as well as a mosaic floor and antique light fixtures.
As in days of old, the bistro menu appears handwritten daily on blackboards, featuring classic French favorites like Croque madame, pot de crème, and roast chicken. Bouchon’s real claim to fame, however, is their award-winning brunch menu. I recommend the Poulet et des Gaufres, a French take on Chicken and Waffles, featuring their famous roast chicken over a bacon and chive waffle with crown maple syrup and sauce Chasseur.
3325 S Las Vegas Blvd #206, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Located in the Venetian on the Palazzo casino floor, Mott 32 is a fine-dining Chinese restaurant that delivers authentic and rustic Chinese food in a modern Hong Kong-inspired environment. Mott 32 was awarded four stars from the Forbes Travel Guide, and Head Chef Alan Ji is a James-Beard award finalist.
While critics rave about their highly laborious applewood roasted Peking duck, I also recommend trying their delicious Dim Sum. I tried the steamed hot and sour Iberico Pork soup dumplings and the soft quail egg, Iberico Pork, and black truffle Siu Mai.

Cipriani is a fine-dining Italian restaurant located inside the Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Casino in a glamorous and stylish dining room replete with colorful bookshelves and oversized black and white photographs of models. Open Table describes the décor as resembling a classic Italian marine yacht.
Cipriani’s menu offers an array of appetizers, soups, pasta, risotto, and main courses. I recommend starting with the creamy codfish over fried polenta or their signature carpaccio “alla Cipriani.” Their risotto with Maine lobster is an excellent second course.
3772 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Located inside the Park MGM Hotel New York Library, NoMad Library is a New American restaurant inside a cozy dining space modeled off the old-fashioned historic New York library that inspired its name. Bookshelves line the walls, deep rich gold and red carpeting underlie large leather library chairs and cushy red leather booths, and an old-timey chandelier hangs from the two-story ceilings.
NoMad Library’s menu is ideal for a family-style dining experience with shared courses. I recommend the grilled whole Branzino with baby leeks, tomatillos, and poblano peppers with a shareable baked potato Dumont with gruyere and black truffle.

You’ll find eat. right in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. It’s a casual, family-friendly breakfast and lunch eatery and local Vegas favorite. Head Chef Natalie Young uses over 20 years of culinary experience to create delicious and creative renditions of classic American comfort food, from hearty Mexican breakfasts to an award-winning grilled cheese and tomato soup combo.
The spectacular breakfast and lunch menu has southern favorites like chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, and shrimp and grits. It also has a killer Mexican breakfast in the huevos motulenos, two eggs over easy with red and green chiles, black beans, pico de gallo, feta, and fried bananas with fresh corn tortillas and chive potatoes.

Carson Kitchen is an urban neighborhood eatery located in downtown Las Vegas’ Arts District, offering innovative New American cuisine and craft cocktails. Executive Chef Cory Harwell strives to deliver elevated comfort food in a hip urban space with an open kitchen, contemporary bar, large communal tables, and a rooftop bar.
The menu at Carson Kitchen has a slew of shareable plates, side dishes, and flatbreads, along with hearty meat-centric main dishes. I recommend the killer shrimp with rocoto and aji Amarillo pepper cream and the bright and citrusy rainbow cauliflower with garlic, lemon juice, and chili flake to share. I loved the molasses-glazed pork meatloaf.

Located in the Westgate Resort in the Paradise Palms neighborhood just a block from the Vegas Strip, Edge Steakhouse is a traditional American steakhouse. Edge Steakhouse offers an array of USDA Prime and Wagyu beef which they dry-age for 40 days on-site to create the most succulent and flavorful steaks.
The menu at Edge Steakhouse is as classic as they come, with seafood towers, surf and turf specialties, and classic steak preparations. I recommend trying their seafood and steaks by ordering their steak and lobster special, with a 7 oz file and a 6 oz lobster tail with a loaded baked potato.

911 Taco Bar is a family-owned and operated Mexican street food truck with a small brick-and-mortar location in Southeast Las Vegas. Whether you want to dine in a colorful taco bar while you watch the chefs prepare your tacos on a traditional flat-top grill in front of you or cater a large event with authentic Mexican street food served from a cute mobile cart, 911 Taco bar offers authentic food and culinary theatrics.
Not only can you get authentic street tacos like Al Pastor, Birria, and Tripa, but the 911 Taco bar also makes quesadillas, mulitas, burritos, and combination plates. Their signature taco is a ribeye taco with pico de gallo, guacamole, and grilled cheese on a flour tortilla.

JamonJamonTapas.com is a traditional Spanish tapas kitchen with delivery and pick-up options only. They offer Spanish tapas like cured ham and cheese platters and Spanish tortillas along with large entrees like Paellas, steaks, and whole roasted pigs. The idea is to bring a taste of Spain to your home.
They have an extensive tapas menu with authentic Spanish specialties like patatas bravas, tortilla Espanola, and Andalusian gazpacho. I especially loved the Seafood Paella with calamari, shrimp, black sea bass, octopus, and mussels.

Right in the West Sahara neighborhood, Unique Eats is a neighborhood café, smoothie bar, and casual eatery offering delicious and nutritious meals in a homey, welcoming setting. They have a full espresso bar with classic and creative coffee drinks and a wide variety of healthy yet decadent vegan smoothies.
I had a coffee-inspired smoothie called the Peanut Butter Cold Brew with homemade cold brew, peanut butter, chia seeds, banana, cinnamon, ice, and agave that was both delicious and energizing. I also loved their classic Reuben sandwich with slow-roasted corned beef, melted swiss cheese, Sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing on rye.

Dandino’s Arepa Café is a casual Latin American restaurant in the Winchester neighborhood of Las Vegas, specializing in Venezuelan and Argentinian fare. All dishes are scratch-made in-house and utilize the most authentic recipes from each country and freshly brewed coffee from in-house ground coffee beans.
Dandino’s has classic Argentinian favorites, like oven-baked empanadas and Argentinian Choripan, which is essentially an Argentinian brat served on a fresh baguette with chimichurri sauce. While I love Argentinian empanadas, I had to go with the authentic corn masa stuffed Arepa. I recommend the Llanera Arepa filled with grilled beef, avocado, and cheese.

Located inside the World Market Center, Old Soul is a casual American kitchen and cocktail bar from Chef Natalie Young, who is also the founder of eat. (listed above). The atmosphere is reminiscent of a pre-prohibition whiskey lounge, serving elevated American southern comfort foods.
Old Soul has daily specials like street taco Tuesdays, but the main lunch and dinner menu features American favorites like meatloaf, liver, and onions. There are also plenty of Southern comfort sides like braised collard greens, fried green tomatoes, and creole corn.

Located in downtown Las Vegas’ D Hotel, Andiamo Steakhouse is a fine dining steakhouse featuring American prime steaks with Italian-style preparation. Andiamo steakhouses partner with nationally renowned butchers and employ a 30-day dry-aging process to ensure maximum flavor and juiciness to all their steaks.
The menu at Andiamo features classic American steaks and Italian housemade pasta, bread, soups, salads, and seafood. I recommend the pan-roasted sea scallops with ricotta gnudi, asparagus, sweet corn, roasted tomatoes, and white truffle essence.

Right on the Vegas Strip across from the Wynn Hotel, The Capital Grille is a fine-dining traditional American steakhouse and seafood restaurant. The Capital Grille’s expertly cooked dry-aged USDA Prime cuts of steak and high standard of hospitality have made The Capital Grille one of America’s favorite steakhouses.
I recommend the Cherrywood double-cut smoked bacon with tomato jam and pickled shallots for a seriously decadent appetizer. A unique signature dish at the Capital Grille is the Bone-In Kona Crusted Dry Aged NY Strip rubbed in Kona coffee and topped with shallot butter.

Americana Restaurant is a fine dining restaurant offering contemporary American cuisine, specializing in early American and European fusion. Located in a beautiful dining space on the shore of Lake Jacqueline in the Desert Shores neighborhood, Americana Restaurant offers a tranquil and romantic setting with the best views in Las Vegas.
A good example of the European and American fusion approach at Americana is the pan-fried California Burrata with arugula, peach jam, and spicy balsamic reduction. I recommend the oven-roasted Alaskan halibut served with potato cakes, baby fennel, and Romesco sauce for the main course.

Eureka! Discover American Craft is a whiskey bar and refined American gastropub in downtown Las Vegas’ Emergency Art Building. Eureka! Has excellent happy hour and daily specials like half-off wine all day on Monday and Tuesday and cheap brunch cocktails all weekend, not to mention live music every Thursday.
Their menu has great elevated bar fare items like nachos, truffle cheese fries, and crispy glazed brussels sprouts. Because they are a whiskey and bourbon bar, they also bring their home batches into their cooking with over-the-top desserts like bourbon barrel cake and butterscotch pudding with housemade bourbon caramel.

Triple George Grill is a family-friendly American steakhouse, bar, and grill inside the Downtown Grand Hotel and Casino. Triple George Grill strives to represent “old Las Vegas” and was one of the pioneering restaurants in downtown revitalization nearly two decades ago.
Triple George Grill is famous for its power lunches and won the 2021 TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice Award. I dined at Triple George Grill for dinner and highly recommend their giant lump crab cakes with cajun aioli, lemon crème Fraiche, and salmon caviar. I also loved their home-style chicken pot pie for its delectably flakey and buttery crust.
6800 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89146
Located in West Sahara, Hash House A Go Go is a hip yet old school Midwestern-style farm food restaurant and cocktail bar. Hash House A Go Go has been serving mouthwatering farm-to-table down-home cooking in Las Vegas for over twenty years, and the New York Post said that it was “the coolest place they ate in Las Vegas.”
The most popular dish at Hash House A Go Go Andy’s World Famous Sage is fried chicken and waffles. They also have spectacular stuffed burgers, meatloaf, and some of the largest, fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever seen. I had a giant-plate-sized pancake with fresh banana and brown sugar.

Maggiano’s Little Italy is a gaudy and kitschy Italian American restaurant that perfectly fits the Strip’s garish and flamboyant allure. Maggiano’s is a family favorite around the US. The Vegas location – right on the Strip across from the Wynn Resort – has floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the surrounding resorts.
Maggiano’s has a great family-style menu for four or more people as well as a conventional a la carte menu full of antipasti, hot appetizers, pasta, and entrees, all made with the Maggiano family’s classic Italian American recipes. I love their lasagna with crumbled meatballs, sausage, ricotta, and marinara sauce.
ARIA Resort & Casino, 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158
Located on the Casino floor of the beautiful ARIA Resort and Casino on the Vegas Strip, Din Tail Fung is a traditional Taiwanese dumpling and noodle house that comes directly from Taipei by way of Los Angeles. They specialize in Xio Long Bao, Taiwanese dumplings steamed inside and then served in little wooden boxes.
Din Tai Fung’s authentic menu has won them a 5-Diamond Award from AAA. Along with their signature Xio Long Bao dumpling variations, their menu features other Taiwanese specialties like pork sticky rice wraps, spicy wontons, and steamed buns.
4455 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89169
Located inside the trendy Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Night + Market is a Thai Street food restaurant that serves amazing Thai drinking food in a hip California-inspired atmosphere. Spearheaded by Chef Kris Yenbamroong, Night + Market’s original LA location has won a James Beard Award and Food & Wine’s Best New Chef mention.
Since Pad Thai is one of my favorite dishes, I recommend the lobster Pad Thai with tail and claw meat. That said, everything on this menu sounds spectacular and features a long list of fried Thai comfort food. Some options include spicy duck rolls, Thai boxing chicken, and their famous northern Thai-style fried chicken sandwich with papaya slaw, ranch, jalapenos, and cilantro.
3400 S Jones Blvd #8, Las Vegas, NV 89146
Located in the Spring Valley neighborhood, District Kitchen & Bar is a contemporary Vietnamese and Asian Fusion restaurant specializing in Pho. The atmosphere is bustling, casual, and welcoming, with a full cocktail, wine, and beer bar.
Their signature Pho is the Whole Lobster Pho with a 1.5 lb whole lobster basking in lobster broth. They also have entrees, seafood, and vegetable stir-fries along with some sinfully decadent appetizers like French fries smothered in oxtail gravy and topped with a fried egg.
3131 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Lakeside is a fine-dining Hawaiian seafood restaurant located in the Wynn Hotel with a beautiful, covered balcony overlooking Wynn’s Lake of Dreams. Acclaimed Chef David Middleton prepares seafood, shellfish, and prime steaks with Hawaiian flavors that have won Lakeside four stars from Forbes Travel Guide.
I love their tropical take on corn chowder, prepared with coconut milk, smoked oyster mushroom, crispy hominy, and lime. For the main course, I recommend one of their fish dishes using fish imported directly from Hawaii. I loved the Wild Hawaiian Mahi Mahi topped with tomato olive relish and served with roasted eggplant and Korean squash.

In downtown Las Vegas’ Fremont Street Experience, Barry’s Downtown Prime is a glamorous cocktail bar and modern American steakhouse. Modeled after Las Vegas steakhouses from the 60s and 70s, Barry’s Downtown Prime’s dining space is designed with a vintage glamour décor replete with velvet upholstered booths and luxurious leather chairs, brass fixtures, and gaudy antique mirrors.
They offer a classic steakhouse menu with an extensive cocktail and wine list as well as a full vegan menu. I recommend starting with the steak tip au Poivre with filet mignon tips, parmesan risotto, seasonal mushrooms, and creamy peppercorn sauce. I love their Colorado Lamb Chops crusted with parmesan and pine nuts and served with a rosemary red wine sauce.
3355 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
You’ll find Estiatorio Milos located inside The Venetian Hotel on the Vegas Strip. Estiatorio Milos is a world-renowned Greek Mediterranean restaurant with locations in Greece, New York, Montreal, London, and Miami.
The extensive menu at Milos features a raw bar with Greek-style sashimi and tartar, cured fish, whole fish sold market-style, and a long list of specialty entrees. I recommend the grilled lobster, served with hand-cut fried potatoes. I also recommend trying a sampler of Greek spreads with grilled fresh pita.
Las Vegas restaurants have a varied mix of world cuisines offered in some of the world’s most spectacular settings and dining experiences. Few other cities offer more Michelin-starred and 5-diamond fine dining establishments. However, you’ll also find casual, neighborhood institutions, rowdy gastropubs, and 24-hour diners.
