Taking the number one spot on our list is a place called Roosterfish Grill. This seafood restaurant is easily one of my favorite places to eat in Largo, Florida. I especially love their Canadian sea scallops, but they also serve fresh gulf oysters on the half shell and oysters Rockefeller.
They have a spacious dining room complete with fishing decor as well as a gorgeous open-air patio for outdoor seating and a full liquor bar.
Check out Roosterfish Grill off of Missouri Avenue North in front of the Teakwood Village Mobile Home Park, just north of Largo High School.
German Bistro II
1300 E Bay Dr, Largo, FL 33771
Phone: (727) 216-6519
Up next is German Bistro II off of East Bay Drive, just north of the Lago Central Park Nature Preserve. It’s a great place to eat after a long walk down the gorgeous trails.
The menu here at German Bistro II is packed with traditional German delicacies like wiener schnitzel, jagerschnitzel, and so many more. My personal go-to is the bratwurst with a side of delicious sauerkraut, of course.
The most charming aspect of this German restaurant, however, is undoubtedly the live accordion player in the corner, completing the ambiance.

This next place is called Cafe Largo and they’re a cozy French restaurant located inside Galleria shopping center on the corner of 126th Avenue and Indian Rocks Road, right next to Wilcox Nursery and Landscape.
The menu here is nothing but fine-dining creations that are fit for a king. Just make sure you practice your French before trying to order any of the menu items by name!
I highly recommend trying their chateaubriand steak with bearnaise sauce when you come to Cafe Largo. They also have a Grand Marnier souffle that is simply delectable, but you have to order it at the beginning of your meal to allow time to cook.
E&E Stakeout Grill
100 Indian Rocks Rd N, Belleair Bluffs, FL 33770

E&E Stakeout Grill is one of Largo’s best restaurants and one of my favorite steakhouse experiences. They use nothing but the finest cuts of steak, pork, and fish in all of their savory menu items.
My favorite dish to order from E&E Stakeout Grill is their 12-ounce New York Strip with a side of risotto. They also offer an early bird special menu for those of us that get hungry early in the evening from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM daily.
Check out E&E Stakeout Grill off of Indian Rocks Road North, less than a mile east of the gorgeous Belleair Causeway Boat Ramp Dog Beach.
Savory Restaurant

Next up is Savory Restaurant located inside the Walsingham Commons shopping center, just west of the Florida Botanical Gardens and the Heritage Village museum. In my opinion, it’s one of the best places to eat in Largo, Florida.
Savory is a charming blend of American, Italian, and Greek fare all in one place. My absolute favorite part about Savory is that they serve breakfast all day, every day. They also have lunch and dinner menus too, of course.
For breakfast, I recommend an omelette, for sure. As far as dinner goes, I am a huge fan of their ½-pound craft burgers or one of their gyro pitas.
Thai Basil II
1700 W Bay Dr, Largo, FL 33770
Phone: (727) 518-7705
Up next, head to West Bay Drive, just west of the Largo Medical Center, until you see a place called Thai Basil. This is easily one of my favorite places to get curry when I’m in the city.
I highly recommend the duck curry chef’s special, but a close second would be the lamb curry made with a delectable panang sauce.
Their other traditional Thai dishes are incredible. If you’re looking for authentic pad thai or pad see ew, then this is the place to go.
Da Pollani’s
13688 Walsingham Rd, Largo, FL 33774

Da Pollani’s is an Italian restaurant with some of the best pizza in Largo, if you ask me. They also serve handmade pasta and fresh seafood as well.
This family-owned restaurant is dedicated to bringing a taste of Sicily to Largo, and they do it incredibly well. From top to bottom, their menu is filled with classic Italian favorites. I prefer the veal parmesan or the spaghetti carbonara, made with fresh egg the way it’s supposed to be.
Look for Da Pollani’s off of Walsingham Road and 137th Street, almost directly across from the Walmart Neighborhood Market.
iThai & Sushi
11002 Seminole Blvd, Largo, FL 33778

Another amazing Thai restaurant I love to frequent is iThai & Sushi. This is easily one of the best places to eat near Largo, FL. iThai has all of the fresh sushi and Thai cuisine you could ever want.
iThai is an absolutely lovely combination of amazing Thai food and fresh sushi. My go-to order when I pay them a visit here is a big bowl of their Massaman curry, but they have 7 other tantalizing flavors to choose from.
Look for iThai & Sushi off of Seminole Boulevard and 110th Avenue North, right across from J&K’s Seafood Shack.
Mike’s Pizza & Pub
14477 Walsingham Rd, Largo, FL 33774
Phone: (727) 724-4100
Mike’s Pizza and Pub is like a classic little sports bar with a delicious Italian flare. There are plenty of TVs all over to watch the big game and they also have some of the best stromboli and calzones in the city.
The pizza here is made on a thin crust with hand-tossed dough, as it should be. I really love their specialty pizzas like the BBQ chicken pizza and the Buffalo chicken pizza. Of course, they also have a mouth-watering Chicago-style deep-dish pizza that I think everyone should try.
Head down to Mike’s Pizza and Pub off of Walsingham Road, east of the George C. McGough Nature Park. It’s a great place to cool off after enjoying the park!
