Located just 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis, the suburb of Chesterfield, Missouri, is anything but sleepy! Known for their sparkling parks, you’ll stay busy and work up quite an appetite.
While in Chesterfield, check out everything there is to do at Faust Park. The Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly Museum will take your breath away. Make sure to take a picture with the beautiful concrete butterfly wing statue out front. Walk through the giant art installation at Central Park. I recommend ordering off the “date night to-go” menu from Yaya’s Euro Bistro and having a picnic at River’s Edge Park on the banks of the Missouri River.

After a day out and about, enjoy a delicious meal with a cozy atmosphere at Annie Gunn’s, one of my favorite stops on my trip to Chesterfield. For more recommendations, keep reading to check out my list of the best restaurants in Chesterfield!

Now, over a decade later, you can enjoy a pint and an Ultimate Burger while listening to great music.
Think rock-and-roll memorabilia, full-sleeve tattoos, and classic American bar food with a twist. Guests rave over the Strawberry Fields salad with feta cheese, candied walnuts, and, of course, strawberries. A favorite is the soft pretzel, and we can’t help but note how well it goes with a hoppy pilsner. Make sure to check the rotating tap list.

People from the neighborhood have stories of meeting Mr. Manno in the 90s and consider the restaurant a hidden gem.
Like with true homemade Italian food, you can tell the love and quality that has gone into every dish. Keeping it simple, start with the roasted peppers and mozzarella and order the rigatoni alla pic-pac. If you want something special, order the filet mignon gorgonzola.
